Story
I am fostering Pasco until he can find a forever home. He's 5 years old and microchipped. He is probably the sweetest, most affectionate cat I (and many others!) have ever met. Seriously, if you want a cat who actually enjoys constant love and pets, this is the one. He is also chatty and has an adorable meow. He would be great in a family with kids or just a household where he can get plenty of love and cuddles. Bonus if there are other cats in the household - Pasco loves having a playmate! He also acclimates to new places and people extremely fast. All around just an amazing cat and companion.

Story
I found Captain Kitty on the street when he was about 6 weeks old. He was in rough shape, and I took him in and nursed him back to health. He quickly became a great pal to me. Captain is loyal, silly, cuddly, and loves to be the center of attention. He grinds his teeth when you scratch him on his chin, and sticks his tongue out when he's relaxed. He gets along well with my other cat, Louis. Unfortunately, as Captain matures, he's developed a grudge against my energetic dog leading to aggressive behavior towards the dog. Otherwise, he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Just a funny little cat. Captain would do best in a house without a dog, and an owner who can give him a lot of cuddles and scratches. Captain is not a scaredy cat. He is very social and enjoys meeting new people. He really is so special. I wish he could stay with me forever, but I can tell he'd rather live in a house without a dog.

Story
Leo was adopted as a kitten and is a very lovable boy, but he was weaned too early and occasionally bites, but not to hurt, to get your attention, or to play. The best solution to this is for him to be around another cat and have that companionship and playtime. We are renting and can't get another cat at this time. Highly energetic and loves to play fetch - he will bring you the toy back. He’s a very smart boy. He gets along well with dogs and has not been around other cats. He does not scratch furniture, but does get the crazies and will fly around the house if he’s not played with. He is fully house-trained and has never gone outside, although he loves being out on the lanai. We want to find a great home for our little Leo, preferably a home with another cat.

Story
I am relocating out of state into an adult facility near my daughter in St. Louis. Tigger is nine years old, and I rescued him when he was two years old. He has had all his shots. He is neutered and had his teeth cleaned this year. He was hit by a car and had to have his tail removed. He is very healthy. Tigger likes to sit in my screened patio.(He does not damage the screens.) I am hoping to find him a loving home.

Story
Meet Snickers Snickers is a 5-year-old indoor cat who has been deeply loved her entire life. She is a sweet, talkative girl with a huge personality, and once she gets comfortable, you’ll realize she is always trying to have a conversation with you. she loves running around the house and sitting by the window watching lizards outside. She is very active during the day, and at night her favorite thing is curling up nearby to watch TV with you. Snickers has epilepsy, which she has had since shortly after we adopted her. Her medication has always been compounded Zonisamide. She receives 1 mL in each ear once daily at night. She can sometimes become overstimulated during play and may bat at you or gently try to bite, but it is playful and never mean-spirited. She truly is a very loving cat. She has lived with a dog before but has never interacted with another cat. Her favorite foods are Fussie Cat dry food and wet food, though she is not very food motivated.

Story
Oliver is 6 years old. He was born on Sept. 4th, 2019. He is neutered. I got him and his sister from one of my daughter's friends. He is a bit timid but can also be demanding if he's hungry. He likes to play with cat toys. He would love to go out but we're not in a place where it's safe for him to go out.Oliver is very smart and is a good hunter. No lizard or palmetto bug is safe if Oliver is around; he will catch them.

Meow you doing? My name's Aurora and I am so happy you are checking me out! A little bit about me is I am a shy but playful cat. I also love cuddling up in my bed and snuggling with my other cat buddies. Since I am shy, I do need extra time to adjust to my environment and warming up to other people. I need someone who will give me lots of love and be very patient with me. Staff and volunteers have been working hard on getting me more social for my new fur-ever home.  If you would like to meet me, please complete an online questionnaire and one of our adoption counselors will be reaching out to see if I will be a good fit for you and your home. Hope to see you soon!  https://www.fluffanimalrescue.org/adoption-application-cat My adoption fee includes my sterilization, microchip and registration, all core vaccines to date, dewormed and 1st month's Flea and Heartworm Preventatives.
