Tabby kittens & cats in Tarpon Springs, Florida

Bailey was found as a kitten on my friend's doorstep in Upstate New York 7 years ago. Since then, she has moved with me to Ohio and now Florida. She makes the most adorable noises and loves playing with balls. I recently moved into a home with 3 dogs and she has not been taking well to the new environment. She would be best suited living with only other cats or with being the only furbaby.

Our friend and rescue partner, Ruth of Tip My Ear, answered a knock on her door and there they were, in the arms of neighborhood kids. Of course, she took them in and called us right away, as she had nowhere to put them. They are precious. They are smart. They are purry. They are brave. They are hilarious to watch. McKinley and Tyler are bonded and will be adopted to their forever home together. Get your application in!

George came to us as a tiny little guy, all alone, and he liked it that way! He kept himself quite entertained. Soon, however, he made lots of friends, including George and Silas. These days, George roams around the Sanctuary playing and cuddling with most everyone! He can be a bit shy at first, but he warms up nicely once he realizes you are not going to hurt him. Sammy is "special needs" as he needs a seasoned human, who is willing to patiently work with him to bring him out of his shell. He really doesn't know if he can trust humans, because he was abandoned out in the cold, cruel world, and he was being beaten up by other strays. We don't know anything else about his history. A good Samaritan saw what was happening to him, phoned us requesting we take him in, and we said, "Bring him!" Sammy was quite shy for the first few weeks at the Sanctuary. When he was ready, we opened his condo door so he could come out and join the others. However, he stayed in the open crate for days! Eventually, his curiosity got the better of him, and Sammy ventured out into the "kitten room," where he allowed us to approach and pet him. He's a very quiet, sweet boy. As for children, he'd be much more comfortable with a very gentle, older child. We just want her to go to a loving home. Luna is a loving cat that just wants to lay on your lap and chill all day. She doesn’t get along at all with our two other cats but pays no mind to our two dogs. We don’t know her breed, probably mixed. The vet said she is around 5 year old and she does have a microchip but it hasn’t been registered. She has a raccoon tail and blue eyes.
