Tootie is a very playful sweet cat. She is 6 years old, I got her from a childhood friend of mine as a kitten. She loves playing with toys she can bat around and the crinkly paper/plastic toys are her favorite. She is spayed but is not up to date with her shots which is why the rehoming fee is $0. She very curious and loving. She's very smart and an overall good girl. She does take a little bit to warm up to new faces but when that bond is made, she'll be your little shadow. Temptation treats are her favorite and she loves canned food. Give this little lady a chance and you won't be disappointed.I am needing to rehome due to my husband's respiratory status, cat dander is causing breathing issues, we have 2 weeks to find her a good home so please share with anyone you think can help give her a good home.

Tabby is very sweet and curious. She starts out being a little shy, but once she knows you, she wants to know everything you are doing! She loves for you to pet and love on her. She does Not like to be picked up, though. So, I do not recommend a home with children, for that reason. She has been spayed and declawed. She was born with the tip of one ear missing, which makes her even cuter!She will be 4 years old on November 1st.The only reason she is being rehomed is that her owner passed away.

Meet Miss Bunny UPDATE: November She really does miss the other two. She is showing no signs of pain or difficulty, jumping or running. She likes to lay with me, especially in the evenings. Totally a snuggles cat. This fluffball, was found huddled soaking wet and cold in the rain at the very edge of a busy highway in Pulaski County. We surmise she hopped a ride under a car and fell out. But who knows? She can't tell us. What she does tell us is she is a loving girl who has some SPECIAL NEEDS. SPCHS is very picky about all adopters to ensure the best home for each animal in our care. But Bunny has a genetic issue with her spine, it seems there is extra space or a missing vertebra. This causes her gait to be more like a hop, but it doesn't slow her down. But she will have to be watched for deterioration and perhaps limited on big jumps. She quite possibly will need pain medication thru out her life. Nothing slows her down currently playing full out with her foster siblings Sammie and Shade. Bunny is about 16 weeks and has had vaccines and flea/tick medication and wormed. This little girl is Bridget. Born June 2, so she is now 15 weeks old (as of 9-14-26). Bridget is a sweet, cuddly kitten. She is also playful with her litter mates and with other kittens in her foster home. Bridget is fully vaccinated, tested negative for diseases, and is scheduled to be spayed and microchipped in November.

Meet Tinker! She was found in a barn on April 25 barely 3 weeks old. No sign of a mama or siblings. SPCHS was asked for help and her foster took her to bottle feed. She is a brown tabby and will soon get her first shots etc.

This young lady is Bizzy. She is just over a year old and is fully vetted and microchipped. Bizzy is very talkative, friendly, and loves attention. She can be demanding when she wants food and can also be bossy with other cats. She is the mother of Barney, BeeBop, BeeJay, and Bridget.

Cortlan is the best cat a girl could ever hope for. I got her in November 2022 when a friend found a litter of kittens set out on the curb. My best friend has her brother! She is a lap cat and loves to snuggle and play. She currently lives with myself, my daughter, 2 dogs, and 2 cats and does not have any significant issues with them, though she would probably take a while to warm up to any big dogs. I am moving in with my grandmother to help take care of her and she is severely allergic to cats. While my mom and sister are each taking one of my other cats, no one I know has room for Cortlan. She is the sweetest cat I have ever met and I haven’t slept alone in 4 years because of her. I love her to pieces and it is killing me to rehome her, so I want to make sure she is going to a home where she would be happy and healthy.

Peaches found her way into our home this past winter. She was what seemed to be an outside cat but looked well taken care of. My family gave her food and water. Over time, we figured out that she was pregnant. We allowed her into our home to have her kittens however we aren't permitted to have pets. She has been able to give birth and raise her kittens over the last several months. We now have to part ways because of our living situation. I do not want to send her back outside in her own though.

Theo is a bit smaller, full of personality, vocal, and deeply engaging. He loves interactive play, exploring, and chatting with his people. Must stay together. Comes with food, litter, toys, automatic litter box, standard litter box.
