Meet Charmander! Charmander is one of our Pokémon kittens, and just like his namesake, he has a confident, friendly presence with a warm, steady personality. This big boy is already tipping the scales at five pounds at just four months old! Charmander is gentle, quiet, and very sweet. He loves being pet and happily soaks up attention, including belly rubs from people he trusts. He's active but strikes a great balance between playtime and relaxation. He enjoys chasing and pouncing on hanging toys and especially loves toys that pop and bounce around, like springs and other springy toys. He also likes seeing how fast he can climb to the very top of the cat tower. When playtime winds down, this cuddle-bug is happy to relax nearby. He loves sleeping on the bed with his person at night, but is just as content curling up on the sofa with a soft blanket for a cozy nap. He enjoys companionship and closeness without being overly clingy, and is happiest simply being near his people. Charmander does very well with other cats and is great with children. He is cautious with dog and would likely do fine with a calm, cat-friendly dog when given a proper introduction. He must be adopted with another kitten or into a home with a friendly resident cat, as he thrives with feline companionship. Charmander is neutered, dewormed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and FIV/FELV negative.
