Koal's elderly mom is not able to take care of him anymore as she is in long-term care. He is in desperate need of a home. Koal is very calm and sweet. He is a lap cat and LOVES to cuddle. He also loves wand toys and LICKABLES! Koal has tested positive for Felv twice, even though when he was first rescued, he tested negative. He has had major surgery for an ear polyp, so that could be why. He is amazingly healthy and both of his sisters continue to test negative. At his age, if he was positive, he would be declining in health if not dead. Rocky was living in a home with multiple other cats and dogs which were all being neglected, we took him in about a month ago! He's been the most loving and very playful kitty ever since. He gets along great with other cats and he has been around a dog and he did great with him as well! He loves cuddles and attention! A very spunky kitty and he just loves to play all the time! We also refer to him as our guard cat because when anyone comes to our door he meows to let us know before they even knock!😆 He is very well behaved, we don't have any issues. He also loves outside although we don't take him out without a leash. He's amazing with kids and babies! I wish I could keep him but my baby has recently started showing signs of allergies and we believe it's due to the cat. This boy has been through enough already and deserves a loving home as he is really such a great kitty.

Sophie Sue is a 100% indoor cat of 15 years. She's lived a very comfortable and happy life. However, her family's living situation recently changed, and they can unfortunately no longer keep her. She hasn't been around other animals or children much, but is otherwise very independent and "go with the flow". She doesn't require any special care outside of ordinary food and water, can groom herself, doesn't do much outside of eating, sleeping, and laying around, and knows how to use a litter box. She'll eat just about anything, and isn't picky when it comes to what types of cat food she has. We're very much looking to find her a safe, comfortable home for the last few years of her life, and can happily provide food, litter, and cat posts for her, all at no cost. We rescued Charlie from a friend who's house he turned up at. We brought him to the vet for his initial shots and we had him neutered. Tried to keep him as an indoor cat but he wants to be outside. Unfortunately its getting colder out and we want to bring him inside, but he does not get along woth our 2 year old son and scratches his face and arms. I think Charlie would do best with a home without children where he can come and go as he pleases. He is an affectionate cat with adults and loves to cuddle on your lap.

Guppy is a tough guy with a soft side... and lots of extra toes! Guppy is a fairly independent 3 year old male, a tomcat stray learning to live a quieter life inside now that he's made his way to the shelter. Guppy came to us with wounds on his ears, likely from scratching himself excessively due to a severe ear mite infection which has since been taken care of. He is quite sweet and gentle but does have a spunkier side. He will occasionally swat or even nibble at hands if they move quickly near him or attempt to take something from him. He is not particularly adventurous, preferring to lounge in his space even when free roam is offered to him. Guppy would love to go home with someone interested in taming the little bit left of his wild side and getting a loyal and loving young boy in return.

Veronica is our incredibly adorable and resilient young tortie girl who made it through a very harrowing incident so early on in her life. She was brought to us after very recently having been struck by a vehicle. She was still in shock and we weren't sure the extent of the damage, but after she settled and was taken to the vet her x-rays showed only a small fracture on her chin, small enough to likely heal on its own. After only a couple weeks of rest and soft food diet, she is back on her feet and just as hearty and playful as any other kittens her age!
