Story
The name Sabrina means “patience.” And for this kitten, Sabrina has had more patience than a baby cat should have. Sabrina was rescued from a yucky hoarding situation where she was patiently waiting for the best spot to rest, to be first in line for petting and healthy food, and a perch near a window to watch birds and dream. Certainly not too much to ask for. But Sabrina is shy about asking for things she dreams about and will need a bit of warm-up time in her forever home. Sabrina is super sweet, gentle, observant, and ready for lovin’ with you. Sabrina is about 7 months old, fully vet checked, spayed, FIV/Felv negative, UTD on vaccinations, treated for parasites, microchipped (with lifetime free registration), and fostered/ socialized in a loving family home. The works! Please call Wendi at (859) 394-4910 or Brittney at (513) 265-7293 if interested. XXCat’s adoption fee is $125. We also offer two cats for $200. Story
His purr goes a mile a minute. His gorgeous big green eyes can be seen a mile away. And he goes the extra mile to be sweet. Of course, we’re talking about our boy Miles The Cat. This little tiger is super friendly to the people he loves, but a bit introverted in new situations. Young, playful, and funny, there is magic in his eyes and his eyes are on YOU!! Miles will do best in an active home where people want to play, snuggle, and hang together as much as he does. Miles is about 4 years old, neutered, FIV/Felv negative, UTD on vaccinations, treated for parasites, and microchipped (with lifetime free registration) and fostered/ socialized in a loving family home. The works! Please call Wendi at (859) 394-4910 or Brittney at (513) 265-7293 if interested. Miles’ adoption fee is $125. We also offer two cats for $200. Story
Smuckers came to us from the great outdoors, with a broken leg. After being in a cast for 6 weeks, the leg healed and Smuckers is now a running, jumping, playful little bundle of kitten cuteness. His foster mom says Smuckers is the “sweetest kitten ever!” Not only is Smuckers funny and lovable entertainment, but he is a cuddler and want to sit with you whenever you sit down. Smuckers has a small limp and his leg is a wee bit shorter. But that doesn’t stop him from being the entire kitten package. Because with a name like Smuckers, he has to be good! Smuckers is about 8 months old, neutered, FIV/Felv negative, UTD on vaccinations, treated for parasites, microchipped (with lifetime free registration), and fostered/ socialized in a loving family home. The works! Please call Wendi at (859) 394-4910 or Brittney at (513) 265-7293 if interested. Smuckers’ adoption fee is $125. We also offer two cats for $200. Story
Meet Cash: The Million-Dollar Find! This charming fella was discovered alone, outside, but his sparkling personality is worth a fortune! Cash is a chatty, inquisitive, and super friendly cat who will invest his heart in you. Though his past owners have withdrawn from contact (his microchip numbers are out of service), Cash is ready to bank on a new, loving relationship with you! He is a precious gem, so come collect your treasure today! Here is what his foster mom says about Cash: He is incredibly sweet, personable, and so resilient. He is a great nap buddy. He will biscuit massage you into a restful sleep. He loves to play and is especially into catnip. He is a smart cookie and uses his skills for mischief .. he knows how to open drawers with handles. He’s a big tall man at 13 pounds and is ready to play for the NBA. Cash is front-declawed, which isn't our rescue's preferred currency (we believe in keeping those claws intact!). Cash is looking for an experienced cat family who won’t use human hands as cat toys. Cats don’t always understand the difference between play and affection when hands are involved and Cash needs to know that he is allowed to use his teeth on toys, but not on hands. Cash is about 5.5 years old, fully vet checked, neutered, FIV/Felv negative, UTD on vaccinations, treated for parasites, microchipped (with lifetime free registration), and fostered/ socialized in a loving family home. The works! Please call Wendi at (859) 394-4910 or Brittney at (513) 265-7293 if interested. Cash’s adoption fee is $125. We also offer two cats for $200. Story
Mr. Neckles is well aware of meal time and will remind anybody with a can opener what time that is. His “prefurred” menu is canned, wet food and he will tell you that directly. Who doesn’t love a somewhat bossy, but well-intentioned chatty cat? In return for pate, Mr. Neckles will return the favor with affection, sweetness, and all-around happiness. He’s such a wonderful boy. Mr. Neckles is about 3 years old, fully vet checked, neutered, Felv negative, UTD on vaccinations, treated for parasites, microchipped (with lifetime free registration), and fostered/ socialized in a loving family home. The works! Please call Wendi at (859) 394-4910 or Brittney at (513) 265-7293 if interested. Mr. Neckles’s adoption fee is $125. We also offer two cats for $200. Mr. Neckles has tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), a condition that suppresses his immune system. But he is a perfectly healthy cat, with no signs of being slowed down by FIV! Most cats with FIV live long, healthy lives with no symptoms at all. The virus is not spread to people or dogs. And it is not spread to cats through casual contact -- like sharing litter boxes, water and food bowls, or through snuggling, grooming, and playing. Story
Cindy was left with me from a divorce a couple years ago. She is about 6-7 years old. She was my ex spouse's cat. I never planned on keeping her this long, but I have never wanted to drop her off at a shelter. She is good with me, but sometimes gets overstimulated if there are too many people around. I think she would do best in a home with very few people. She can be a very loving companion when given the chance. She just requires a little patience. Unfortunately, I will not be able to care for her any longer. I would really like to find her a new home.

Story
Ellie is a sweet, low-maintenance girl who enjoys attention on her own terms. She’ll happily accept pets and spend hours lounging nearby, especially if she has a good scratching post to dig into! She is also very food motivated! We are unsure at this time how she might with kids, dogs, or even other cats. If you have kids at home, be sure to bring them in to meet with Ellie. A very slow introduction is recommended when taking her home. If you`re looking for a calm companion who enjoys your company but doesn`t demand constant snuggles, Ellie might be your perfect match. Come visit Ellie here at SPCA Cincinnati and all of our other adoptable pets!
