Mocha is an approximately 7 year old tabby. She's a little skiddish at first but once she's warmed up to you she is very sweet and affectionate. She's active, playful, and curious. Mocha has spent most of her life with my father. Unfortunately, my father has had some serious health issues recently and feels that he cannot adequately take care of Mocha anymore. She has lived with other cats when she was a kitten, we are not sure about dogs. Mocha would be a wonderful addition to your family!!

She lives comfortably with dogs, but children are not her favorite. She loves occasional treats, wand toys, and being admired from a respectful distance. Because she is skittish with people and new environments, she does not show well in meet and greets. in a calm patient home with a buddy, she will start to come out of her shell. Ruby was estimated to be 2-3 weeks old when found in a vacant house around Nov. 2020. A friend and I fostered her to health and I adopted her from Kitty Queen after she was spayed, chipped, and made current on shots. We raised her with other cats and she has had some experience living with dogs. I'm hoping, though, to find a home with at most one other cat as she has not done well living with other pets. Ruby is very playful and affectionate, but uses her claws when playing and does not enjoy being held. I have a water fountain, auto feeder, toys/scratching post, etc. to go with her if desired. She prefers drinking from a fountain and is best fed 3x a day in small servings. On a final note, Ruby has had a lengthy vet history due to excessive vomiting. However, she has been doing great with her current food, a small amount of laxatone 2x a week, and regular brushing. I don't want to see her go, but my job often involves lengthy work trips and I have had trouble finding care while away.
