Story
She so loving! Sleeps at my feet when we sleep. Has issues being left alone for 3days or more. She loves to cuddle on her own time. But, so loving. Loves her treats in the morning and you need to talk to her. She talks back. 💕 She still plays with lights, toys etc.. I just can’t afford her anymore and also don’t have time to be with her.

Story
Turkey is a sweet, playful, cuddly cat who would love a 1 cat household with an older (8+) child to call her own. Turkey was born in my house and is loving with me. She loves cat trees, watching the birds out the window and a good sun spot. She is about 14lbs which is a bigger size cat. She has her claws, she is microchipped, she is already spayed, she just needs updated shots. She is also very vocal, especially at dinner time. Turkey is 4 1/2 years old, she was born 9/1/21. I am rehoming Turkey because I was a foster for a very long time, fostering a total of 225 cats/kittens. I currently have 12 cats in my house and it is just too many and this litter of cats just does not get along with my original group that I had. The siblings also fight amongst each other. Turkey comes from a litter of 4 with a Momma that I fostered in September of 2021 with full intentions of adopting out, life just happened hard and we didn't get them adopted.

Story
I adopted Toast from Fat Cat Rescue with his sister and I can’t take care of him due to pregnancy. He’s super shy at first but is fine when he warms up. He’s been around kids but takes a bit longer to get comfortable. He likes to just hang out and do his own thing. I’ve had him around a dog for a little bit but he stayed away as much as possible but was super curious. He’s never been outside. He’s litter box trained and loves to be in a cat tree that’s super tall. He loves being up high.

Story
Goose, Tigress, and Lily are 9 week old kittens that were born to an outside momma.  We had Mom spayed and returned to her home and now looking for homes for her kittens.  They are being fostered in a home with dogs and have gotten used to being petted and handled.  They are now ready to find their forever homes!   All kittens/cats are spayed/neutered, have started their vaccinations, are microchipped, and dewormed.   If you have been thinking about adding a kitten to your family, ask for more information on the felines at Bichon and Little Buddies!  Adoption fee for felines is $125, and if you adopt more than one, it is $100 for the second kitten. If you are interested in meeting any of the pets at Bichon and Little Buddies Rescue, please fill out the pre-adoption application.  After reviewing the application, we will get in touch with you to set up an appointment to meet with the dog/cat you are interested in. All dogs/cats are seen BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Many are in various foster homes getting extra one on one attention getting them ready for their new homes.  The first step in adoption is filling out the pre-adoption application.  Bichon and Little Buddies is run by volunteers who have full time jobs in addition to the hours they spend with the rescue animals.  Having an application on file assures us that the potential adopter is really interested in adopting a pet.  It also assists us in placing our animals in homes where both the pet and new owners are happy.  The application puts you under no obligation to adopt a dog or cat from Bichon and Little Buddies. The Pre-Adoption Application can be found at http://www.bichonrescues.com/adoption.html  and can be filled out online. Thanks for thinking about adopting your new pet!  More important information: ***We are a Wisconsin based rescue and do not ship our pets.  If you are considering adoption you must be willing to drive to meet and adopt the pet, as well as bring the pet back to us if the adoption doesn't work.  We adopt primarily in WI and IL, but will consider applicants in MN, IA, and MI.*** ***Please do not set up an appointment to meet the animals until you are ready to take your pet home.  If the meeting results in a match, you can often take the dog/cat home the same day or within a couple days if the medical care hasn't been completed.  We are not able to hold pets for adopters beyond this time.  Thanks for understanding.*** ***While we hope all of our adoptions lead to permanent homes for the animals we place, sometimes things just don't work out.  We do have a 30 day trial period.  For the first 30 days, if you or Bichon and Little Buddies decide that the adoption isn't a good match for either the humans or the pet, the adoption fee will be refunded minus $100 within 30 days of the return of the dog.  Bichon and Little Buddies also requires adopters to return the pet to us at any time that they are unable or unwilling to care for the animal anymore.*** ***We do not show dogs without an appointment.  The first step in adoption is filling out the pre-adoption application at http://www.bichonrescues.com/pre-adoption-form-dog  Please do not call/email until AFTER you have filled out an application.*** Bichon and Little Buddies is a State Licensed Rescue # 268555-DS July 9, 2026, 8:20 pm
