Story
We got Gracie from a shelter 10 years ago and at that time they thought she was 8. I do not think she was 8 because today she does not act like an OLD cat. She talks and is friendly. We had a dog (30 pound Shitzapoo named Jack) and the two of them were best friends. Jack and Gracie would lick and groom each other. Jack died last year at 17. We love Gracie but our daughter is in need of a home and needs to move in. She is violently allergic to cats and dogs. So we need a place for Gracie for her final few years. She is a great cat. Her only challenge is her eyesight is not fantastic but she navigates our home just fine. Please help. Our daughter needs to move in in a couple weeks. Thanks much!

Story
I found this little girl on a run and she was severely malnourished. When I took her into the vet all the labs came back completely normal the plan was to find her a good home as I had another cat already but we didn’t know anyone interested so she turned into our second cat. Unfortunately her and my other cat do not get along he’s a male and very territorial. It’s become too much to handle as I am now pregnant and they fight constantly. She’s a very loving cat but she can be skittish at times and needs to be in a home without other pets or kids. I’m not quite sure her age just because I found her but the vet estimated her to be no older than 4. She will go nuts for food and can become vocal around her normal meal times but I found her staving. She loves to cuddle and loves being under covers. She needs someone who is patient gentle and caring.

Story
Rufus D Katz was born feral about 13 April 2025 along with brother Sweet Boy. Began feeding them mid-August and they moved into the house about 21October. Their father Dada D Katz wanders inside for breakfast, supper and kat nip snacks. Rufus seems happy—purrs a lot, rolls on the floor, walks around with tail at full mast. He’s extremely shy and reclusive but gets along great with Sweet Boy, two other rescue kittens and their mother. Rufus though is a victim of six too many katz where the landlord really doesn’t want any so I have to give away he and the two kittens. Story
3 years old (estimated) Neutered male Has done well with other cats at the shelter No known experience with dogs or children Jax is just about the sweetest cat you’ll ever meet. This affectionate boy is happiest when he’s curled up in your lap, soaking up snuggles and giving plenty of love in return. He’s friendly, gentle, and truly thrives on being close to his people. Jax has a unique look as he’s missing the tips of his ears and tail due to frostbite, but it only adds to his charm and tells part of his story. What hasn’t been damaged is his big heart. If you’re looking for a devoted lap companion who will happily spend his days by your side, Jax is ready to fill that role.February 9, 2026, 6:57 pm

Story
3 years old (estimated) Spayed female No known experience with cats, dogs, or children Looking for a calm, quiet home Monica is an adorably round tortoiseshell lady with a soft heart and a gentle soul. The busy shelter environment can feel overwhelming for her, so she often chooses a cozy hiding spot where she can feel safe and secure. She may be a bit wary when you first meet her, but with a little patience and quiet time, Monica starts to peek out, and once she does, she’s ready to soak up the love. She enjoys gentle pets and brushing and truly shines when she’s allowed to set the pace. Monica would do best in a calm, quiet home where she can settle in slowly and feel comfortable as she learns that she’s safe. With time and understanding, she’ll make a sweet, loving companion for someone who appreciates a quieter kind of affection. Monica has been waiting a while to find her family so her adopter can name their own adoption fee when they take her home!February 9, 2026, 5:05 pm
