Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 Meet Maesil❤️ Maesil was brought to the Jeonju City Shelter, but her health quickly deteriorated. When the Adogs team visited a hospital, they found Maesil too weak to stand. She was in urgent need of care, so they rescued her immediately. * With People: Is shy around strangers. Sniffs when someone unfamiliar enters her space but runs away if they give her attention. However, once she gets to know you, she becomes affectionate, wagging her tail and asking for cuddles. * With Dogs: Likes canine friends so much that she sometimes misunderstands their barking of hate as signs of favor. Tends to like playing tag with friends. * With Cats: Does well with cats. Approaches and wants to play, as if they were dogs. * Separation Anxiety: Is independent and can be left alone without issues. Mostly spends her time sleeping or wandering around the home carrying around a toy. Also stays well with another dog when her guardian is away. * Potty Training: Fully trained to use pee pads indoors! Has a slight preference for outdoor potty. * Hygiene: Walks around in the shower booth, but she gets through baths. Must be held when drying her fur since she’s afraid of blow dryers. Does well with brushing and nail trimming. * Walks: Has improved a lot for leash pulling. However, becomes anxious when she hears loud noises from cars or motorcycles pass by. Likes birds and tries to chase them during walks, but quickly comes back and walks normally. Does well in familiar places but is still uncomfortable with new places. Is being introduced to a wider range of walking spots gradually. * Car Sickness: No symptoms of motion sickness anymore! Is scared if put into a toddler’s car seat. 💌Special Notes💌 * As a puppy, she may need training in areas such as separation anxiety, potty habits, biting, nipping, whining, disorderly behaviors, howling, and barking. * It is difficult to predict her hair loss and growth size because her parents are unknown. * Has already mastered several commands such as “sit,” "left paw," "right paw" and "lie down." * Has a timid personality. May bare her teeth or slightly nip in scary situations like getting shots at the vet’s. * Is teething so she likes biting wood sticks and frequently carries toys around. * Has a strong appetite, so when other dogs approach while she’s eating, she growls and becomes defensive. Needs to be fed separately from other dogs. * Barks at external noises, so she is taking training. * Tends to eat quickly, so she’s currently using a slow feeder. * May get startled by loud noises like the sound of suitcases or carts being pulled, or when objects fall. * Stays calm and well-behaved inside a travel bag. 💙 Foster's Instagram: @_adogs_maesil

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 Meet Binnie🤍 Binnie had been at the Gimje City Shelter for a long time without being rescued due to limited space. One day, his weight suddenly dropped, raising health concerns. Adogs stepped in just in time to rescue him. * With People: Likes people but can be shy at first. Once familiar, he becomes full of energy and affection! Even with familiar people, he may show defensive nipping if approached suddenly or his personal space is invaded—he’s in training for this. As a result of consistent training, she’s been more comfortable with being touched by strangers recently. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs and doesn’t show much interest first. Doesn’t approach them to greet but he is polite enough to respond to greetings. Had some defensive reactions to sudden approaches in the past but he is improving as he meets more dogs. * With Cats: Waits gently when seeing cats. * Separation Anxiety: Barely any. Mostly rests napping or sometimes plays balls when alone. * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty but uses pee pads indoors without any issue. * Hygiene: Superstar! Handles bathing, brushing, drying, and tooth brushing like a pro. * Walks: Loves walks and matches his pace to yours! Sometimes reacts to loud sounds like motorcycles, but has shown great improvement. Even calmly crosses streets with awareness. May bark defensively if someone suddenly runs toward him. * Car Sickness: No motion sickness; relaxes well during rides. 💌 Special Notes💌 * Knows many commands: “Sit, Down, Paw, Other Paw, Nose, High-five, and Kiss.” * Barks and may show defensive nibbling when strangers visit the home or a stranger suddenly reaches out his/her hand to him—training is ongoing in order for him to get accustomed to strange people and environments. * Is scared of staircases in buildings and is currently being trained slowly with treats. For now, he’s carried when needed. ❗Health Condition❗ * Neutered. * Microchipped, and fully recovered from heartworm. FOSTER'S IG : @imbo_family_

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  **Meet Benny**  Benny and his sister faced a tough start in life, abandoned on the streets and left to fend for themselves. Thankfully, a kind-hearted good Samaritan found them and brought them to our partner rescue in Baja Sur, where they received the care and love they desperately needed. At approximately three months old, these adorable pups have already been vaccinated, dewormed, and are thriving—gaining both weight and vitality. Now, they are ready to embark on a new journey to find their forever homes.  Benny, weighing in at a healthy eight pounds, is anticipated to grow to a perfect size of 18 to 25 pounds as an adult. He is a sweetheart with a big heart, initially shy around new people but quickly warming up in a loving environment. Raised alongside a diverse group of rescue dogs, Benny thrives on companionship and would fit seamlessly into a home with other dog-friendly pets. He may even befriend a cat!  By opening your heart and home to Benny, you're not just adopting a pet; you're giving a beautiful soul a second chance at life. Could you be the loving family he’s been waiting for?   **How to Adopt Benny** To initiate the adoption process, please click the link below to complete an application. One of our volunteers will review your application and follow up with a phone call to ask questions, address any concerns you may have, and determine if you would be a good match for Benny. The next crucial step is a meet-and-greet if we find a potential match. This allows you to meet Benny and see if you both connect. We recommend using a computer to complete the application, as tablets and cell phones may cause issues and result in the non-submission.                                                    The adoption fee for Benny is $395.00     All proceeds will be used to cover medical care and rescue additional dogs. Please complete the online application using the provided link. Be thorough in your answers and elaborate whenever possible so we can get to know you better and make the best match for Gio. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.**TRIXIE** Trixie is a tiny, 7-pound bundle of energy and embodies the typical characteristics of a Chihuahua. She was initially found as a stray and was adopted the day after being spayed. At that time, she was in pain and faced the challenge of adjusting to a new home filled with children, cats, and a large dog. Overwhelmed and fearful, Trixie struggled to cope with her surroundings and her pain, leading to her being returned to the shelter. Rompin Paws stepped in to help her find a forever home. As a young Chihuahua, Trixie needs a person or couple who has experience with small dog breeds, particularly Chihuahuas. Having gone through traumatic experiences, she requires an adopter who is patient, understanding, and empathetic. Once Trixie feels secure and knows you are on her side, she will bond with you for life and become a loyal companion that you can take everywhere. Currently, Trixie is living with three other dogs at the rescue and gets along well with them, provided there are no food or toys involved. She does exhibit resource guarding tendencies, but these behaviors are manageable. I can offer guidance to her future adopter on how to address this behavior effectively. Trixie is very trainable, food motivated, and eager to learn. This sweet girl is working on navigating life after facing several disappointments, and she has the potential to truly thrive with the right person. **Adopting Trixie** Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 17, 2025, 5:50 pm
