Tiao Tiao at the tiny age of only 4 months of age has truly seen it all. It’s absolutely shocking & disturbing what these dogs endure but they fight for their lives. Soul destroying to think of what he has been through & yet he still loves human beings even after everything they have done to him. We cannot even begin to imagine what Tiao Tiao witnessed & heard when he was at slaughterhouse. Tiao Tiao ended up in a slaughterhouse with another 20 puppies and we can only assume it was a breeder and they were sold for human consumption and yes you did read that correctly. What we do know is, he was pulled out of there by our outstanding Chinese rescuer just in time. All 20 souls were rescued with Tiao Tiao. They were an absolute mess and all needed to be hospitalized immediately to save their lives and get them well inside and out. Working with one of our truly devoted, dedicated and absolutely outstanding Chinese rescuers she rescued Tiao Tiao and many others for us. Without this beloved rescuer going in and getting Tiao Tiao out, his fate was a torturous death. We believe every sweet soul such as Tiao Tiao and his friends deserves to be loved and cherished and given the chance to have a wonderful life. Now Tiao Tiao is looking for a special family to cherish him and be patient with him and remember what this beautiful soul has been through and a family that meets all his needs. Tiao Tiao was rescued by our truly amazing Chinese rescue friends and just as always we are beyond grateful to the Chinese rescue who we are so extremely thankful for what they do day in & day out for these babies, we cannot thank them enough. Tiao Tiao was bought back to the USA where he is now a US citizen and is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. This boy is the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet. He just wants you to love him and he will love you back. He adores being hugged and held because the reality is we are the first real people in his life to show him such true love & affection apart from his small time in his foster home in China. When he finds people who love him they become his world. He is a cheeky, big personality in his tiny little toy poodle body his foster mum said and so joyous. He is absolutely obsessed with his foster dad and starts talking as soon as he sees his foster dad and gets on his hind legs for him to give him love. He also comes running if he hears his foster mum start talking and it’s so funny to see him do this. Tiao Tiao sleeps in the nook of his foster mum’s neck and she will wake up and he will be staring at her. He must be able to sleep in bed with his new forever family. He loves to run and play with his foster siblings and must go to a home with another dog in the home. He loves a good outfit and will get ready for you to put one on him. Tiao Tiao eats a clean diet, meaning raw fruits, raw vegetables, 70 % raw proteins, grains, fats and supplements. He also enjoys collagen sticks and bully sticks. All of his treats are homemade Tiao Tiao has been taught to walk on harness & leash and has been doing wonderful. He would need continued work walking on his harness & leash. Tiao Tiao is a rescue and will need patience, time & understanding. Tiao Tiao adores being pampered and doesn’t want you to stop when brushing him, cleaning his eyes, grooming him, baths, the hairdryer he loves it all. He also does extremely well being touched in general and adores receiving love. Having toys and a warm bed is all new to Tiao Tiao except for the short time he was in his first foster home & we have been excited to change his world with the introduction of toys & lots of love and affection and a loving environment. So far he has started showing interest in toys in his foster home. Tiao Tiao has learnt to ride in the car and does well in the car and enjoys a good car ride. He is such an amazing, loving little lad. With Tiao Tiao we are only looking for a crate free home for this lovely little lad only. Please do not apply with the intent to crate this boy. He will bark his head off if you leave him in a crate. We are also looking for a forever home for Tiao Tiao where someone is home during the day or Tiao Tiao can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. Tiao Tiao is looking for a forever home who will cherish him and love him as he should be loved and be very patient with him and understanding. Tiao Tiao has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes and sizes and he is currently with other dogs and enjoys their company in his devoted foster home. He can be found at times snuggled up to his foster siblings and loves to be carried around. A fully fenced backyard is mandatory for Tiao Tiao’s new forever home if it’s a free standing home. Tiao Tiao is now roughly 4.2 lbs & is 6 moths old and a tiny toy poodle and what he is mixed with we are not sure? He is neutered, is microchipped, up to date on his shots including DHLPP, rabies and dewormed. Once these shots expire we will not redo them except rabies as we will not over vaccinate our beloved dogs. We have spent over $2400 on Tiao Tiao with bringing him to the US with his travel airfare paying for his medical care, including, shots, neuter microchip etc, than his adoption fee comes close to covering. Tiao Tiao has been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals. We have had Tiao Tiao with small children & he did amazing & loved the little boy in his foster home but we do not recommend children, but it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & animals. We were not there when Tiao Tiao was conceived so we do not know who his parents were and it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures and decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Tiao Tiao’s friends he will need work on potty training and training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on and commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Tiao Tiao potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through and what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them and if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training and not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Tiao Tiao and going through our process and have read his listing fully to the end and are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on and remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview and a virtual home visit using Zoom followed by a meet and greet and if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Tiao Tiao who understands his needs and that meet all the requirements for this lovely sweet boy. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives and please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. Tiao Tiao has an adoption fee of $950 and is ready for his truly loving forever home and compassion and understanding of what he has been through

Story
Teddy is the cutest puppy we have ever seen! He's a tiny little chaos bear - full on teething and the typical puppy high energy...he adores wrestling with his foster siblings - his best friend is a 50lb pit bull mix (also up for adoption!). Teddy requires a home with other dogs in it. He is fine with children though no babies as he is so small that rough hands can hurt him easily. He is still working on housetraining so please dont apply if youre not willing to housebreak him. Teddy is fostered in Hoston TX and will not be transported until adopted. His adoption fee is $850 (plus transit if not local). In order to be considered as his new paw-rents, you must fill out an application at www.recycleddogsrescue.org. Inquiries to this ad alone will not receive a response due to high volume and low follow though by adopters.

Story
U-Joint is a sweet gentle 5 year old toy Poodle who loves to be held and cuddled. He lets out quiet moans of happiness and relief when he is hugged tightly. Even with this tendency, though, he is totally okay on his own, and rarely barks or demands attention. He is very smart and has a cute “poodle trot”. He sleeps with his buddy separate from the other dogs. He gets along really well with our dogs. He waits to poo until he is outside. He currently has some tummy issues, but is being treated and is on the mend. He doesn’t display resource guarding, so no growling at all. Great around other dogs and people. He craves love and human touch, but is not possessive. He rides well in a car. He hasn’t been exposed to kids or cats, but he will be OK as he is so gentle. He’s a real sweetheart! -----

A Quick but Important Note to All Adopters:
Please remember that none of our dogs arrive fully trained. Most come from tough or uncertain beginnings and may have never lived in a home or known basic routines. That means:

✧ They are not potty trained on arrival. Most dogs regress in potty training when moving to a new environment.

✧ They may lack basic manners (like leash walking or appropriate chewing).

✧ They’re learning, growing, and doing their best—but they will need patience, structure, and compassion to succeed.

The majority of these pups have lived in the confinement of a cage or kennel run for most - if not all - of their lives. Because of this, we strongly discourage the use of crates for anything other than vehicle transport. They deserve the chance to decompress and learn what true freedom and comfort feel like.

Our amazing foster homes work hard to start these dogs on the right path, but they are rescues, not finished products. These dogs need time, consistency, and a loving home willing to meet them where they are.

Also, breed designations are our best guesses based on appearance and behavior. We can't guarantee breed, size, adult weight, or coat type.

Story
Maybe it’s Maybeline, maybe it’s…Mudflap? You wouldn’t guess it from his name, but Mudflap has a strut. Head high, chest out, tiny little legs moving with the energy of a dog who knows he’s handsome, thankyouverymuch. He’s not here to blend in. He's a sweet, quiet, older gentleman with a big personality packed into a small frame, and once you've seen him pose for the camera after a fresh groom, you'll understand that this is not a dog who stumbled into confidence. He was born with it. Despite all that swagger, Mudflap is remarkably easy. He rarely barks, shows no resource-guarding behaviors, no growling, and sleeps through the night. He did great when guests came over, loves being around people and other dogs, and actually enjoys being groomed, which is very on-brand. He's working out his potty routine and mostly holds it until morning, with backup pee papers in his room just in case. Mudflap isn’t going to make a fuss or ask for much. He just wants to be near his people, get his regular grooms, and occasionally be photographed looking fabulous. Honestly? Same. -----

Story
Etienne is incredible and the sweetest little girl wrapped up in a tiny package.  Her back leg doesn’t stop her from doing anything.   She is incredible in the car.  She just wants to be around people and her foster dog siblings.  She loves to be outside and playing with her toys she loves to sleep in the bed but she also loves to go in her crate.   She is pretty much potty trained she just wants to go anywhere you go.   This girl is a survivor who hasn’t let a rough start dim her light. She’s the ultimate companion—fierce, sweet, and incredibly gentle. Etienne doesn't just want to be at the party; she wants to be the star of the show! Whether she’s playing with her toys, enjoying the breeze outside, or snoozing in your lap, her gratitude for life is infectious. She knows what she wants (and isn’t afraid to speak up!), but what she wants most is a person to follow everywhere. -----
