Marvin is a 3 1/2 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound Mix who weighs 56 pounds. He’s absolutely the sweetest boy who loves his people. He’s potty trained and crate trained though he doesn’t have to be crated even when you aren’t home. He loves all people he meets, great with dogs, ran from the neighborhood cat when it came to the fence. He loves to jump on his hind legs in excitement. Meet Pebbles! This girl is so lovable a little hyper and just enjoys attention. Pebbles would thrive in an active home as she enjoys walks, runs and just simply being outside! When she is done playing she will melt right into your lap and cuddle all night long! Pebbles found herself in foster care when her previous owners just did not want her. She is currently living and thriving in her foster home alongside another dog, two cats, and a bird! We believe she was used for some coon hunting as she still thinks she needs to lead us to a tree and show us there could possibly be a raccoon up there. She has showed some food aggression, only towards other dogs, but we are working hard to get that fixed up for her new lucky owners! We are guessing Rocky to be between 5-7 years old. He is calmer and would be fine as an only dog but also does okay with other dogs, he just doesn't seem to need a canine companion. He is more set in his ways and is relearning that people are good. He enjoys being pet and is social, but he doesn't like to be forced to do something before he is ready. We anticipate that he will bond quickly with his new family, but would do best if that family could give him the space that he needs while he learns to trust them. He is completely crate trained.    If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application. Sarah from the Hebrew origins means 'Princess'. What a dream come true, being YOUR princess!! I could totally get on board being treated like a princess, you know, like being spoiled rotten with lots of belly rubs and ear and under the chin scratches and whoa if you threw in some treats that'd just be the bomb...a life of a princess!! I am a total sweetheart of around 8 years, that was pulled from a local shelter where I was on 'the list'. I was shutting down being in a cold loud kennel but since being in my foster home, I've opened up and am starting to blossom. I do wonderfully with the other pups here, even occasionally trying to play. I'm also enjoying playing with stuffie toys. I even like that resident weird smelling thing y'all call a cat, I mostly just let her be (cuz ya know, she smells weird!). I also do great with the little kiddos, being oh so gentle with them. Most of the time I'm quite content to take a snooze while you're doing your thing. I am house broken and getting good at using the doggie door to come inside and am just starting to realize I can use it to go out too! I'm really getting to love this doggie door thing! I like going for our walks around the property but I'm more of a meanderer then a cruiser. I'm at that stage in my life where I like to stop and smell the flowers instead of bulldozing right over them! Coming in at around 43lbs I'm not too small that I get under your feet but I'm not too big that I take up the whole... everything. I would make a great companion type pup for someone retired or that works from home. I would even make a great first time dog parent pup. I will be good in the kennel but I definitely don't care to use one and I'm very good about not getting into things I shouldn't. Are you looking for that calm mellow gal that will be happy just to be in the same room? Are you looking for that someone to share in your daily life going on's from the mundane to the exciting?
