Story
Joaquín is very loving dog since the day we got him he loves cuddling and playing with his dog toys. Since a puppy we’ve kennel trained him and he does a pretty good job staying in his cage. Due to my busy schedule and toddler it is sometimes hard to pay attention to Joaquin. He is about to be 1 yr old and although it pains me to rehome him I know it’s what is best. To whomever decides to adopt Joaquin will know what a great dog he is he truly just deserves to be loved.

Lady is being fostered in TX. HI! I am delighted that you are interested in knowing more about me! I am about 3 months old*. My absolute passions are EAT, MOVE and Cuddle! In fact, among my many super pawers is my super sense of smell, so I became highly excited when smelling delicious foods around me! My foster mamma and I are working hard to learn how to harness this super power! My second super power is my high level of energy and my strong curiosity, I guess that makes three super powers, isn’ it? If you don’t give me a job to do, I will find it on my own! So it is very important for me that you become my guiding light. Yet, I also want you to be soft and cuddle with me in quiet times, since I actively look for bonding, reassurance, and safety. I am good with kiddos, but I will prefer kiddos 6+ since I - for now - get excited and might scratch them by accident. Also, I highly benefit from tolerant and playful siblings who can help me balance when the puppyhood zoomies come! Did I tell you that I am already potty trained? YUP!!! I am proudly potty trained. Regarding my eyes, I have Microphthalmia which “is a congenital condition where one or both eyeballs are abnormally small” on my right eye. My foster momma is seeing a little cloudiness on my left eye*, so I am going to visit an eye specialist in mid August. However, I have not presented any issue navigating the house, jumping the stairs, or avoiding any obstacles in the backyard. I am sure my foster momma will update any relevant info after our appointment. Are you ready to love me? * By the time of this writing on July 2nd. BDRA has voted against the use of eletrical fencing effective immediately.

  Meet Moonshine! Moonshine is a beautiful 7-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound weighing about 75 pounds. She was originally adopted from a shelter and has grown into a sweet, loving, and affectionate companion. True to her name, she brightens every room she enters and absolutely loves to cuddle with her people. Moonshine is housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and fully up to date on vaccines and heartworm prevention (also HW negative), making her ready to join her forever family right away. She adores spending her days roaming freely in the house and snuggling up with her humans. She’s especially good with children and has a gentle, cuddly side that makes her a wonderful family companion. Because Moonshine can be protective of her resources with other dogs, she would do best as the only dog in the home where she doesn’t have to compete for attention or belongings.  If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will happily be your one-and-only, Moonshine may just be the perfect match for you. Yates and Yippee are the only two still waiting for a forever home of the "8 is enough" series. They just passed their first birthday, and we really do not know at all why two such gorgeous and well-behaved hounds are still at the Furry Friendzy rescue. The holidays are upon us. How about giving them the gift of a loving family and home. They will definitely reciprocate in kind. Our Furry Friendz are available for adoption through a screening process which includes but is not limited to: a completed application, 3 referrals, a home visit, and a vet referral prior to their furever home placement.
