Story
We purchased Kitty 6 yrs ago and she has been wit us the whole time. We are in the process of moving to a smaller home with no yard and we want her to go to a home with a yard where she can run and play with her new family. She is very friendly with other dogs as she wants to play with them, she tolerates cats as we had one for 5 yrs until our daughter moved out and took him. Kitty also likes to play with the cows and horses and donkey. She loves to roam the yard and play. She loves kids and loves to play with them, and is actually protective of kids. She has never bitten anyone or even growled at anyone. She will bark and growl at the coyotes when they come out at night. She loves to go on car rides and loves to visit the vet. She is not food aggressive and or when taking any medication.

Lady is being fostered in TX. HI! I am delighted that you are interested in knowing more about me! I am about 3 months old*. My absolute passions are EAT, MOVE and Cuddle! In fact, among my many super pawers is my super sense of smell, so I became highly excited when smelling delicious foods around me! My foster mamma and I are working hard to learn how to harness this super power! My second super power is my high level of energy and my strong curiosity, I guess that makes three super powers, isn’ it? If you don’t give me a job to do, I will find it on my own! So it is very important for me that you become my guiding light. Yet, I also want you to be soft and cuddle with me in quiet times, since I actively look for bonding, reassurance, and safety. I am good with kiddos, but I will prefer kiddos 6+ since I - for now - get excited and might scratch them by accident. Also, I highly benefit from tolerant and playful siblings who can help me balance when the puppyhood zoomies come! Did I tell you that I am already potty trained? YUP!!! I am proudly potty trained. Regarding my eyes, I have Microphthalmia which “is a congenital condition where one or both eyeballs are abnormally small” on my right eye. My foster momma is seeing a little cloudiness on my left eye*, so I am going to visit an eye specialist in mid August. However, I have not presented any issue navigating the house, jumping the stairs, or avoiding any obstacles in the backyard. I am sure my foster momma will update any relevant info after our appointment. Are you ready to love me? * By the time of this writing on July 2nd. BDRA has voted against the use of eletrical fencing effective immediately.

He’s currently heartworm positive and undergoing treatment — but don't let that worry you, because Jessie’s real superpower is his chill personality. At first, Jessie might look like he’ll drag you down the street… but surprise! He’s actually a slow-moving sweetheart who just wants to be close to his person. Take him on a walk too fast and he’ll let you know — by sitting down and giving you the “we’re not doing that” look. Once you match his pace (think snail speed 🐌), he’s happy to continue. 🐾 Dog friendly 🐾 Loves the play yard with other dogs 🐾 Walks great on a leash 🐾 Super chill, cuddly, and easy to handle 🐾 Couch potato alert: this boy is made for snuggling!
