My friend lived in an appt and didn't have time or space for him. He came from a farm with lots of animals and people. He gets along with other dogs, cats, people, children etc. He's a big lovable goofball. Not aggressive, or a big energy dog, but loves to be around people. He really loves affection we just dont have time, and I was under the impression this was temporary. Now that friend hasn't been working and moved in with someone instead of getting his own place, and will not take Barkley, he needs a better home with someone to give him attention.

Rolly is still waiting ❤️ Big body. Bigger heart. The kind of dog you fall in love with fast… and somehow, he’s still waiting for his people 🥺 Rolly has now been with us for 3 months without a single application 💔 and we truly can’t understand why. Rolly is about 2 years old, weighs 81 lbs, and turns heads everywhere he goes - especially with those stunning hazel eyes 😍 He looks like a Weimaraner mix, but with his big blocky head and tall, sturdy build, we wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a little Mastiff or Lab in there too. Whatever his mix is, he’s absolutely gorgeous. Personality-wise 👉🏼 Rolly is fun, playful, affectionate and great with dogs of all sizes. He loves people, thrives on attention and will happily soak up all the pets you’re willing to give. He does have that classic Weimaraner trait of listening when he wants to 😂 but he’s sweet, eager and knows “sit.” He gets the zoomies (they’re adorable), enjoys being active, and would thrive with an adopter who wants a dog to truly be part of their life - walks, playtime, training, and couch snuggles included 🐕 This boy LOVES dogs and has such a great time with his friends. Kris came to FLUFF in early December from the Florida/Georgia line after spending her life as a stray. She and several other dogs were cared for by a kind Good Samaritan who made sure they had food, water, and what shelter he could provide. When he sadly passed away, a group of compassionate people stepped in to ensure these pups were safe and ultimately placed with rescues where they could have a chance at forever homes. Until coming to FLUFF, Kris had likely never been handled, and the comforts of a domesticated life are still new and sometimes scary for her. With time and patience in her foster home, she has begun to blossom. She absolutely adores her furry siblings, has discovered that soft couches and cozy beds are actually pretty wonderful, and is learning that sitting quietly near her humans can be a nice thing, too. Kris is still unsure about leashes and too much petting or affection, and that’s okay—she’s learning at her own pace. She will need a calm, patient home with another confident, friendly dog to help guide her and show her the ropes. Her ideal human understands that trust takes time and is happy to let Kris simply be part of the family from a distance at first, with no pressure or expectations. Kris may never be a fully “typical” dog—and that’s perfectly okay. Hi, my name is Kringle, and I came from a rough start, living outdoors on a property without ever knowing human touch. Everything changed for me in November when I arrived at FLUFF Animal Rescue. I was very scared and unsure, and while I allowed care for my basic needs. With time, patience, and kindness, I’ve started to come out of my shell. I now take treats from people, enjoy having calm, gentle company, and am beginning to accept slow, soft pets from those I trust. I also really enjoy spending time outside and playing. I’m still learning the basics—like leash walking and what it means to just be a dog—but I’m making steady progress. My ideal home is with someone who understands that I’m a work in progress. I’m not a cuddly dog right away, but I have so much potential. I need a patient, committed person who will give me the time, space, and guidance to continue building trust. A home that will support my journey with crate training, leash training, and confidence-building will help me continue to grow. I may take time, but I promise I’m worth it.
