"He is a 90lb Weimaraner/Chocolate Lab mix, highly intelligent and high-energy. Due to a major unexpected life transition, an intense work schedule, and health issues, I can no longer provide the active environment and time he needs. He suffers from severe outdoor anxiety, he will eventually go out but would 100% rather you go out with him (fear of going outside to use the restroom), which requires a patient owner or a secure, quiet yard. He would thrive best with a handler experienced in large, sensitive sporting breeds who has the time to build his confidence. He is great with kids and loves to play.

Kira is one year old girl who is potty trained, crate trained and wonderful with people. She is still young, playful, and full of energy, but already showing what a smart, trainable girl she is. Kira is working on obedience, and picks up on training quickly, which makes her a wonderful fit for someone who wants to keep building on that foundation. We are rehoming her because she is not comfortable living with our cat, who is an important comfort animal for our child with anxiety.Kira is just playful, never actually attacked the cat, but it creates commotion. Kira is also shy and a little uncomfortable around other dogs, so she would do best in a calm home where she can receive attention and continued positive training. What I'm hoping for is a compassionate family who has the time for Kira. She will give back so much love and cuddles.
