Story
Meet Lilianna! She is a beautiful 6-year-old, 22 lb Yorkie Terrier with a bright, active mind. She’s shy and skittish at first, and it will take patience and understanding to win her trust — but once you do, you’ll see her happy, energetic personality shine. She can be nervous in new environments and does not enjoy long car rides or unfamiliar places. Lilianna thrives on routine and feels safest in a calm, predictable home. We are looking for a home for her in a quiet neighborhood. She would not be a good candidate for apartment, condo or city living. Personality & Traits • Very smart and quick to learn • Playful and social with other dogs • Loves being at home and near her person • Fully potty/house trained • Happy and energetic once comfortable • Independent and a little stubborn — she listens when she’s ready! Lilianna would truly love to have another confident dog in the home. She enjoys canine companionship and gains comfort from having a furry friend around. Important Safety Notes Lilianna is a high flight risk. She does not reliably come when called and is very quick. She can dart out an open door and has the potential to be an escape artist. Because of this, she will require: • A secure home environment in a quiet suburban neighborhood outside of the city • A standalone home, no apartments or condos • Extra caution with doors and gates • A patient adopter committed to her safety • A home within 10 miles of Edmonds, WA Ideal Home Lilianna is looking for: • An adult-only home (no children or visiting grandchildren) • A calm, predictable environment • Someone who is home much of the time • Preferably another friendly dog She needs a patient adopter who understands shy dogs and is willing to give her the time she needs to feel safe and secure. With patience, consistency, and a secure home, Lilianna will reward you with loyalty, personality, and devotion. Lilianna is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
Frosted Tips is a Yorkshire Terrier puppy. This little girl is fearless and outgoing. She loves to run and play with other dogs. Once playtime is over, she’s a little cuddle bug. She loves to sleep cuddled up with a human. Frosted Tips sleeps through the night. She loves to cuddle up with a human while sleeping at night, too. Potty training is in the early stages. Currently she does well with puppy pads. She needs experience going out side and also walking on a leash. Frosted Tips is very well socialized. She loves both people and other dogs. She loves to run and play. She is good with people of all ages. She sits well in a car and is food motivated unless she has just eaten. This is one sweet little girl. She has a beautiful face and a wonderful outgoing personality. -----

A Quick but Important Note to All Adopters:
Please remember that none of our dogs arrive fully trained. Most come from tough or uncertain beginnings and may have never lived in a home or known basic routines. That means:

✧ They are not potty trained on arrival. Most dogs regress in potty training when moving to a new environment.

✧ They may lack basic manners (like leash walking or appropriate chewing).

✧ They’re learning, growing, and doing their best—but they will need patience, structure, and compassion to succeed.

The majority of these pups have lived in the confinement of a cage or kennel run for most - if not all - of their lives. Because of this, we strongly discourage the use of crates for anything other than vehicle transport. They deserve the chance to decompress and learn what true freedom and comfort feel like.

Our amazing foster homes work hard to start these dogs on the right path, but they are rescues, not finished products. These dogs need time, consistency, and a loving home willing to meet them where they are.

Also, breed designations are our best guesses based on appearance and behavior. We can't guarantee breed, size, adult weight, or coat type.

Story
Meet Bay — Your Tiny Queen with a Heart of Gold 👑 Bay is a 6-year-old Yorkie/Pomeranian mix with the perfect blend of sweetness, sass, and serenity. This little lady has mastered the art of balancing playful fun with cozy relaxation—whether she’s zooming around the house with her dog friends or perched on the couch, happily observing her kingdom. Bay absolutely adores other dogs of all sizes and fits beautifully into a multi-dog home. She especially loves a good game of chase and will happily join in on the fun—but she’s just as content curling up beside you for a nap. She’s the kind of companion who brings a calm, happy presence wherever she goes. This smart girl thrives on routine and is already on a great potty schedule. She knows to head outside after waking up and does her business without hesitation—even in the rain (yes, really!). Like any dog adjusting to a new environment, she’s had a couple of minor accidents, but with consistency, she’s right on track. Bay is comfortable being left alone for a few hours and does not require a crate, making her an easy addition to many households. She is food-motivated (treat lovers, rejoice!) and absolutely melts for chin scratches and gentle conversation—she truly loves being talked to and included in your day. Bay’s Ideal Home: - A loving home that appreciates both her playful and relaxed sides - Another friendly dog would be a bonus, but not required - Someone who enjoys a loyal, affectionate companion without high demands Bay is the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart and makes every day a little brighter. If you’re looking for a devoted, easygoing companion with just the right amount of playful spark, Bay might be your perfect match. Apply to meet Bay and see why everyone falls in love with this tiny queen 💛 A Quick but Important Note to All Adopters: Please remember that none of our dogs arrive fully trained. Story
Fade is a sweet, fun loving Yorkshire terrier pup! He was a little shy at first and once he gets to know his human he will follow around everywhere and looks for you when you are out of sight. He is affectionate and will nibble your ear if you are holding him near your face. He is low maintenance - doesn't go around tearing things up or looking for things to chew on. Rather he's playful and loyal and would rather be by your side. He likes to ride in the car. He even went to a baseball tournament where he rode in the car for over an hour each way. He was a hit with the crowd, everyone commented on his bouncy show dog like walk like a show dog. It's SO cute. He is the ultimate companion pet! He sleeps in a soft sided pen, with another mini poodle. He seems to like when the pen is covered most of it with a blanket. They sleep through the night, no peeps. He could easily sleep in bed with his people though he hasn’t yet. When his potty training is in good shape he would probably like it. He has been encouraged to outside as much as possible so he knows outside is for potty. He doesn't eat a whole lot. He might be picky or still adjusting to the new environment/routine. He is good with other dogs, children, and cars. He hasn't been exposed to other small animals like cats, but he’s pretty chill. He's a sweetheart, loves to be petted and snuggled. -----

He is hoping his new people will give him all the time he needs to settle in, and spend time with him from a slight distance, giving him yummy treats (Granita loves food!), and helping to build trust. Granita lived with other dogs before and did okay, but we don't know if he's ever met cats. Any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Bubbles! Bubbles is a 1-year-old, 12 lb Maltese/Terrier mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This little girl is as sweet as her name and is ready to find a calm, loving home to help get her out of her shell! Bubbles is very shy and still learning that the world is a safe place. She has a gentle, sensitive nature and will need a quiet, predictable home with patient adopters who can give her the time and space she needs to build confidence. Once she feels safe, Bubbles is incredibly sweet, loving, and affectionate. She just needs a little help coming out of her shell to show her full personality. She does well with other dogs and would greatly benefit from having a calm, well-adjusted canine companion in the home to help guide her and boost her confidence. Because of her sensitive nature, Bubbles is looking for a home without young children and in a more peaceful environment where she can settle in comfortably. If you have a soft spot for shy dogs and the patience to help one grow, Bubbles will reward you with so much love! Bubbles is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.
