FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Feta! Feta is a 2-year-old, 15 lb Poodle who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This charming little guy is as delightful as they come and is ready to find a forever home of his very own! Feta is sweet, affectionate, and loves being with his people. Whether he’s joining you for a neighborhood stroll, relaxing by your side, or tagging along on daily adventures, he’s happiest when he’s part of the action. He walks well on leash and enjoys getting out to explore the world with his family. He does well with other dogs and could happily live with a canine companion. He also has the confidence and easygoing nature to do well as an only dog, soaking up all the love and attention for himself. Feta is looking for a home that will continue to include him in daily activities, provide him with plenty of companionship, and keep him well-groomed. As a Poodle, regular grooming will be an important part of keeping him comfortable, healthy, and looking his best. This handsome boy has a wonderful temperament, a loving personality, and all the qualities that make for an amazing companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal little sidekick to accompany you through life’s adventures, Feta might just be your perfect match! Feta is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

Story
Animal Profile: Ramen is an estimated 6 year old, 15 lb neutered male miniature poodle who was a hot mess when he was pulled from the Carson shelter. He was at risk due to overcrowding at the shelter but assessed to be friendly with people and dogs. We will share more about him as we get to know him in foster care.  Foster Update: Ramen may be small in stature, but he's packed full of personality, brains, and just the right amount of spice. This cool cup of noodles is an active, intelligent dog who thrives when he has a job to do and someone to learn alongside. Since entering foster care, Ramen has been an impressive student. He's crate trained, potty trained, and walks nicely on leash. More than anything, he loves to learn. His foster family and trainer have discovered that Ramen is incredibly smart and eager to work, picking up new skills and commands with remarkable speed. He was recently introduced to odor detection work, and his trainer described him as a natural. Give Ramen a challenge, and he'll happily rise to meet it. Ramen is fully e-collar trained through Nirvana K9 Training, giving him a strong foundation in structure, communication, and reliable off-leash responsiveness with the right handler. Ramen isn't looking for a life spent lounging on the couch. While he enjoys spending time with his people, he tends to show affection through play, training, and shared activities rather than being a traditional lap dog. He's happiest when his mind is engaged and his day includes opportunities to learn, explore, and work alongside his person. Like many thoughtful dogs, Ramen can take a little time to warm up to new people. He tends to be more trusting of women initially, but with patience and positive interactions, he can build strong relationships with those he comes to know. Because of his preferences and comfort level, he would do best in an adult-only home. Ramen is dog friendly and would likely enjoy a canine companion who matches his energy and play style. He would be especially well-suited to a similarly sized female dog around his age. Ramen has also shown some resource-guarding tendencies with high-value toys. His trainer is actively working with him on these behaviors, and he is making progress. Because of this, he is looking for an experienced owner who understands canine behavior, is comfortable continuing his training, and can provide clear, consistent guidance. The ideal home for Ramen is one that appreciates a dog who is both intelligent and engaging—a home that will continue exercising not just his body, but also his remarkable mind. In return, Ramen will offer endless entertainment, unwavering loyalty, and the special satisfaction that comes from partnering with a dog who genuinely loves to learn. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. Ramen's adoption also includes take home training and support from Nirvana K9 Training. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.   Apply online at  www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: Ramen was surrendered to Carson city shelter and transported to Dog Gone Seattle via Wiggle Butts arriving to foster care on 5/19/24; he is available for adoption in the greater Seattle area. June 20, 2026, 5:28 pm

My name is Tilly, and I came all the way from Korea in hopes of finding my forever home. I am a 4-year-old Poodle girl and weigh 12 lbs — sweet, gentle, and full of charm. I was rescued from an illegal breeding facility in South Korea, and now I’m ready for a new chapter filled with kindness and care. I’ve traveled a long way to get here, and all I need now is a family who will give me the love I’ve been waiting for. So far, I have not shown any issues with other dogs, children, or people — but every dog may respond differently when settling into a new home. My adoption fee of $1,695 is a donation that is non-refundable and helps save the lives of other dogs in need. It covers my spay, vaccinations, microchip, boarding fees, health certificate, and transport costs from Korea to Seattle. A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs — you can bring your own or purchase one from us. We do not guarantee the breed or age of our dogs. Ginger’s Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, and all adoption fees are donations that help more dogs get their second chance. If you think you can open your heart to a very special girl like me, please fill out an adoption or foster application on my page at www.gingerspetrescue.orgMarch 7, 2026, 8:59 pm

At three years old, Charbonnet is settling into a beautiful stage of life. He enjoys quiet companionship, cozy spaces, and being close to his people. He’s curious but thoughtful, affectionate without being overwhelming, and happiest when he knows he’s safe and loved. With patience and consistency, he’s ready to build a deep bond with a family who will show him what a real home feels like. ✨ Charbonnet is looking for a foster or forever home where he can continue to grow in confidence and finally experience the comfort and care every dog deserves. Story
Meet Deputy 🤍 This one-eyed, 3-year-old Shipoo mix is equal parts chaos, comedy, and cuddle bug. Deputy is full of personality and always keeps life interesting. He LOVES to play, wrestle, and collect “treasures” from around the house… shoes, laundry, random items — if it’s missing, check his bed first 😂 He’s super food motivated, doing awesome with house training, and when you pick him up he wraps his paws around your shoulders so he can survey the world like the tiny king he is! -----

A Quick but Important Note to All Adopters:
Please remember that none of our dogs arrive fully trained. Most come from tough or uncertain beginnings and may have never lived in a home or known basic routines. That means:

✧ They are not potty trained on arrival. Most dogs regress in potty training when moving to a new environment.

✧ They may lack basic manners (like leash walking or appropriate chewing).

✧ They’re learning, growing, and doing their best—but they will need patience, structure, and compassion to succeed.

The majority of these pups have lived in the confinement of a cage or kennel run for most - if not all - of their lives. Because of this, we strongly discourage the use of crates for anything other than vehicle transport. They deserve the chance to decompress and learn what true freedom and comfort feel like.

Our amazing foster homes work hard to start these dogs on the right path, but they are rescues, not finished products. These dogs need time, consistency, and a loving home willing to meet them where they are.

Also, breed designations are our best guesses based on appearance and behavior. We can't guarantee breed, size, adult weight, or coat type.

Story
Her name is Turbo Charge, and she lives up to it, just…maybe not in the way you'd expect. Yes, she has occasional zoomies. Yes, she will sniff every single leaf on the entire walk, non-negotiable. Yes, she approaches every day like it’s the best day of her life. But once that’s out of her system, she’s the first one on the couch, remote in hand, ready to watch the latest episode of Love is Blind (or Friends reruns. She’s not picky). Turbo is a loyal, loving shadow who wants to be wherever you are, whether that's hiking a trail, running errands, hitting the beach, or absolutely rotting on the couch. Car rides? Dream passenger. Sleeping in? She’ll not only allow it, she’ll encourage it. And, although she’s only just started potty training, she's a quick learner who’s getting better and better at it every day. Turbo Charge is looking for someone who wants a loyal, cheerful companion who’s up to ride out the twists and turns of life with her. After all, life is a highway… you might as well have a Turbo Charge on your side! -----
