Story
Charlie is a sweet Akbash/Pyr mix, who is protective of his person. He is fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped. Charlie does well with the smaller dogs in the current foster home, and may do well with a larger female dog. Charley very much enjoys "working"...having something to do. Though we do not allow him to be an outdoor dog, he very much enjoys his time in the yard/sun. He loves going for walks, but is often scared of other unknown big dogs. Charlie is great with the cats in the current foster home, and absolutely LOVES men!!! Sassy was surrendered because she was no longer wanted. She is a very sweet dog who can have very high energy. She walks well on a leash. She is not house trained, but is said to do well in a crate. It is unknown how she is with dogs, cats, or livestock. She is supposed to be good with children. She loves receiving belly rubs and tends to flop down on her back dramatically to get them. She has received all her vaccinations, microchip, a spay, and de-wormer. She is heart worm negative and on prevention. ECHS does not reserve adoptable animals for the public. Adoptions are first come first serve the day of availability. Please note that availability is subject to change at any point in time per ECHS discretion
