He was waiting at the shelter with a smile on his face despite the weather getting colder, but no one stepped up to adopt him. The shelter had poor conditions, with infectious diseases spreading and poor heating, so Adogs urgently rescued him. 3⃣ Basic Information ❗️As a puppy, he may need training in areas such as separation anxiety, potty habits, biting, nipping, whining, disorderly behaviors, howling and barking. ❗️It is difficult to predict his shedding and growth size because his parents are unknown. * With People: Is a little shy but is docile and stays in your arms when picked up. Once he becomes familiar with someone, he wags his tail like a helicopter and runs around happily just seeing them come near. * With Dogs: Plays well with the other dogs at our center. * With Cats: Hasn’t met cats yet. * Separation Anxiety: Unknown, since he’s living in a group setting at our center. Will need training from scratch. * Potty Training: Does fairly well with potty pads. May need to be re-trained in a new environment. * Walks: Hasn’t been on walks since his vaccinations aren’t complete. * Car Sickness: Didn’t show signs of car sickness on short-distance rides. * Biting: Has not bitten. However, he may nibble or chew since he’s still a teething puppy. * Barking: Sometimes whines a bit if he seems someone outside his kennel. * Likes: Has a great appetite and loves food. * Dislikes: Although he is docile when picked up, he seems a bit uncomfortable with it since he yawns (a sign that a dog isn’t comfortable).

Koa was found running up and down a busy road frantically. Sadly, it is believed that she had been dumped by her previous owners. This intelligent girl is eager to please and already knows all her basic commands, and is house trained. Koa is friendly with people, kids, and dogs (with slow and proper introductions). She is a high energy girl who loves to play fetch with her ball, hike, and play tug of war. She LOVES going for walks and has good leash manners. Koa also enjoys going for car rides - she is always down for a fun adventure! This happy girl would love a forever home with a fenced yard (6' fence), and a family that will commit to providing her the daily exercise/stimulation that she needs.
