Story
Petunia came to us when she was a pregnant mama and she's now ready for independent life! With promising signs she could have a kitty roommate, her love for her people, and her charming personality, she's bound to be the best addition to any home! Come to our Cesar Chavez location to meet her today! is such a lovely and loving lady. When feeling up for it, Petunia enjoys a good game of fetch and has fun ripping the ball apart (but never eats it). She ignored her previous foster's cat so we think with slow introductions she could have a kitty roommate. She is a sweet and submissive lady around people.

Story
`Tug` arrived stray with no tags and no bags and such a nice boy,,,, someone must be missing him. He`s gorgeous, all 100 lbs plus, and he heart worm negative, calm and mellow and doesn`t seem to get worked up about anything. He`s started creating strong people bonds here already. He`s a loose leash walker and SUPER housetrained. Come see him for yourself. We named him TUG as in tugboat because he has a tendency to stop walking and move his shoulders and head across the front of your knees if he thinks you might be coming upon danger such as walking up on any one of the hundreds of barking dogs here..he`s loyal and may be a bit of a protector. And speaking of dogs, he seems interested in meeting quiet friendly dogs he passes by. If you have a dog at home a doggie meet up can be setup at the shelter. Tug is advocated for by his friends and family here at the shelter including ClassicCaninesATX who are helping to make gateways home for displaced dogs like Tug who took a fork in the road of the life due to happenstance.
