Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Pibbles was a stray dog that had been spotted by some locals.  She was shy and was unsure if she wanted to be took in or not.  It was the middle of January and it was very cold.  She came in very underweight and scared.  After some good food and care she became healthy, and is now ready for a forever home.  She loves playing with Wallace and they are scene running in and out of their house playing and barking. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 12, 2024, 2:26 pm

We have a 7 year old bulldog. She’s just a big cuddle bug. Loves attention, we just had a baby and I’m afraid she’s going to accidentally swat him for attention in a non mean way. She just loves to be pet. I’m having a very hard time getting rid of her of her because she is my first baby, I just want her to go to a house who can show her all the love she deserves.

Story
Isnt she gorgeous?! Stevie was pulled from the pound after being surrendered during a welfare check She had multiple non-contagious skin infections, overgrown nails, and no fur.Her snow white fur is starting to grow back with the help of oral medications and medicated baths. Stevie is a happy girl around 2 years old. She gets along with other dogs, enjoys going on walks, and loves all people no matter what size! You can apply to foster Miss Stevie at ricopetrecovery.org.Stevie doesnt love baths but she does tolerate them Stevie has been good with other dogs but prefers not to share her food dish. She was eating and drinking a lot while taking her steroids)and put on nearly 20 pounds) but is slimming down to a healthier weight now that shes done with the steroids. Stevie has not been cat tested. She loves kids and all people. Stevie does pull a little on a leash and often detours to roll in the grass. She is currently kenneled and has not been indoors so we are unsure about house-training.

Story
Meet Lizzy! Lizzy has come a long way in her foster home since coming to us. She is completely housebroken and crate trained. Her foster family have been working on more structured training over the past couple months and she has perfected the basics, and then some: sit, down, stay, drop it, leave it, wait, come here. She will do many of those with word commands, or with hand signals and no words. She has recently started learning to ring a bell on the door when she wants to go outside and she is doing it most of the time. Lizzy has learned the routine and when she sees her foster mom getting ready to leave, she goes and waits in her crate. She loves all the toys, but especially her tennis balls. She has learned to bring the ball to you, drop it and then step back and lay down while she waits for you to throw it - all without us having to say a word. And she will keep playing until you make her stop. She loves going on walks and is getting much better with not pulling on the leash. She gets very excited for car rides and does very well in the car. When it’s time to go to bed, she can’t wait to snuggle and has recently realized she’d prefer to be under the covers. She loves to be wherever we are, but she does fine at home (in her crate) during the day too. The one thing we have learned about Lizzy is that she needs to be the only pet in the home, and would do best with kids over 12. Fill out an application at www.maggiesmissionrescue.org

Story
Hello, I need to rehome my 1.5-year-old Neutered English Bulldog. I He needs to be an only animal, no children as he has become aggressive towards our other dogs as well as attacked the neighbor's dog. I have had him since he was 10 weeks from the breeder. He was raised with our other dogs and just overnight turned aggressive. We separated with baby gates and that did help until he tore through the chain fence and injured the neighbor's dog. At this point my husband feels he is too much of a liability and wants him rehomed immediately. I know his perfect home is out there somewhere. I do not want him to be PTS. He deserves a chance to shine in his ideal environment. He has been posted on all of the rehoming sites I was able to find for around 2 months now. Our Richland County Shelter and Humane Society are both full. have reached out to all of the Bulldog rescues already and they have turned me down or not responded. My only other option at this time is to Euthanize him. Thank you
