Story
Meet Stella, an American Bully with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She's a pro at basic commands, a tug-of-war champ, and your ideal copilot for car rides--windows down, ears flapping, good vibes only. Stella loves people and prefers to soak up all the attention for herself, so she'd do best as your one-and-only pet. Other dogs? She's not totally sold on the idea--she figures she's enough dog for any household anyway. If you're looking for a loyal, toy-loving best friend with charm and cheek to spare, Stella's ready to ride shotgun in your life.

Story
Meet Pepper Spice &#239&#184&#143 Pepper Spice is a 5-year-old Bulldog (likely Olde English or American) with a big heart, a wiggly little tail, and a serious love for people. At around 40 pounds she’s currently a bit underweight after coming into rescue with some tummy troubles, but she’s on the mend and enjoying every meal and treat along the way.Pepper is a sweet, easygoing girl who is always happy to see her people. Her favorite things include cuddling on the couch, getting belly rubs, chewing on her favorite toy, and of course snacks. She’s smart and very food motivated, which makes training fun and easy. While she enjoys a short walk or a quick game of fetch, Pepper is just as content relaxing at home with her family. Her energy level is low to moderate, making her a wonderful companion for someone looking for a laid-back buddy. She is crate trained, leash trained, and mostly house trained. Since she was sick when she first arrived, she’s still getting the hang of a consistent potty routine and learning how to signal when she needs to go out. With a little structure and patience, she’s continuing to do great.Pepper enjoys meeting people and is curious about other dogs. She has done well with smaller male dogs in her foster home, though she can get excited and a bit in other dogs’ personal space when she wants to make friends. She may do best with a calm, well-mannered canine companion or as the center of attention in her home.Like many bulldogs, Pepper has some skin allergies and takes a daily Apoquel pill to help with itching. She also appreciates a quick wipe after potty breaks to keep her tidy. Otherwise, she’s a pretty easy keeper—though she has been caught sneaking drinks from the toilet or fishing tissues out of the trash if given the chance!Pepper would be happy in a home with or without a yard as long as she has a consistent potty routine and people who enjoy her affectionate personality. One thing she does insist on, however: she is not a fan of rain or snow and would much rather stay cozy indoors when the weather turns bad.Pepper Spice truly loves her people. When she’s happy, her little tail starts wagging and she’ll happily flop onto her back to request belly rubs. She’s the kind of dog who just wants to be loved—and will return that love tenfold. If you’re looking for a cuddly, loyal companion with a sweet bulldog charm, Pepper Spice may be the perfect addition to your family. Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200. Story
Meet Brick!Brick is a 2-year-old brindle pit bull with a big, blocky head and an even bigger heart. This sweet guy loves nothing more than shredding his favorite toys and settling in with a peanut butter–filled lickimat. Those simple joys make his tail wag every time! Brick is dog friendly and had a blast playing with another darling pit bull in the yard. He’s social, affectionate, and truly thrives on love and attention from his people. On leash, Brick can pull hard when he’s eager to get where he wants to go — but with some consistent training and guidance, he’ll be a great walking partner in no time. Brick will do best with an adopter who is experienced with resource guarding and can thoughtfully manage feeding time and high-value treats by separating him from other pets and children during those moments. With the right structure, Brick is a good boy with a good heart who just wants to feel safe, loved, and included. Brick is ready to give his whole heart to the right home — could that be you? Come meet and adopt Brick today!

Story
Sporty Spots is a very handsome Saint Bernard American Bulldog mix that weighs about 80 pounds! He absolutely loves people and loves to get attention and belly rubs! He will sit with his head in your lap getting all the head scratches for hours if you let him. He is a goofball and is sure to make you laugh and smile everyday.  Spots is a super friendly and outgoing dog. He is good with children that are aged 14 and over! He loves toys, and he also loves to play in water. He is the kind of dog that would love to play in the sprinklers and have his own little pool he can play in. He really loves to play with balls, he will chase them all day. Spots would do best in a home that has a backyard for him to run around in.  Spots does well with some dogs that are his size or larger. Spots will need to go to a home that has a strong handler and has owned large dogs before. So far, he has learned to sit, stay, and lay down.  Overall, Spots is an amazing dog that is waiting for his forever home. He is very loyal and very friendly with other people. He also is very protective of his home and loves to keep patrol of his yard! He loves toys and water and would make the perfect travel buddy!
