Looking to add a fun-loving, rambunctious young lady to your life? Jaycee is a sweet ~2 year old Pitbull mix lady looking to find the perfect forever home to start the next chapter of her life with. Jaycee came to us not in the best shape, but she's healthy now and ready to rock. She can be nervous meeting new human friends and is especially wary of unfamiliar men. Likely from not being treated well before finding her way to the shelter. But once she's built some trust with her people, she is a fun-loving, goofy, playful adventure seeking adolescent lady looking for patient people to learn and grow with. She's been working on her confidence building and her basic manners and skills. Once she has built a bond with her new humans, she'd benefit from some dedicated training time to catch up on her manners and broaden her life skills. She is VERY food motivated and eager to learn, she's been working on her leash skills as well as some basic tricks! When she isn't learning to master all the different food toys or enjoying an awesome chew bone, she enjoys playtimes in the yard and sunbathing once she's done her zoomies. Jaycee may not mind having a similar sized, confident but easy-going male canine friend to learn from and chill with. Being a mature lady, it'll take the right match of personalities and tolerance as well as multiple meets to see if everybody gets along. But she also wouldn't mind being your one and only to get all the attention. She really loves watching keenly to all the small critter activity, so would be best with no kitty or small animal friends.

Scooby came to the shelter due to his previous humans having medical things come up making caring for a young giant boy difficult, so now he's looking to start the next chapter of his life with someone new. But boy is he a fun-loving, life of the party kind of teenage boy. Scooby would love having a like-minded, similar sized dog friend in his new home to romp and grow with. He'd even love having children to live with too! He would just prefer they be durable kids, as he kind of has that bull-in-a-China-shop mentality so might definitely accidently knock toddlers over amidst the zoomies. He would love to find a family able to dedicate some time to catching up on his general manners and life skills. He forgets he is a 90lb dude, and not everyone loves the tackle hug greeting.

This is Lady, she was my grandmothers dog. Shes about 2 years old. She a little dominant, she gets along well with most dogs there are a few she does not like. If a dog challenges her she will take it if you have a very submissive dog she is great. She is good with cats as long as they dont run she won;t chase. Very lovable loves to cuddle. we are working on leash training now just she just pulls a little bit not all the time. She is great in the bath and good for her nails, offer her a treat and she'll sit still for her nails. Shes a very good dog. She has her rabies shot. She is only 38 lb. She is great in the house and crate trained! She would be good in a fenced in yard! She is a very good puppy in the car! She is not currently fixed but I can get her fixed for an additional $250. If you would like to get her fixed the total cost would be 350.

He is okay with other dogs as long as they are not in his personal space because he has been attack when he was younger. He is leash trained, knows commands such as wait , leave it , sit , spin , lay down , and this way (follow me ). He is house trained but will snatch your food if you make it too easy it for him, he gets along with cats but does like to chase them around as a game. This adorable boy is currently in foster with two other dogs his own size and really doing well there. He loves playing in the yard with them, and then settles quickly. He loves to meet new people and is friendly with everyone he's met including the Amazon driver. Kitties - despite doing well initially, he is just TOO focused on them. Gabe is super playful and wants to play tug of war with anything he can find. If you drop it he loses interest. I am buying a leash that has a chain instead of cloth so hopefully he learns he can’t do this with the leash (which is one of his favorite things to play tug with) As far as leash walking, he tests the boundaries and after some corrections stops pulling and walks with a loose leash. He loves to play with everything -- all puppy behavior -- but towels, leashes, blankets are all likely candidates. He loves his Kong toys, and that's a great trade. Gabriel is hearing impaired, and his foster mom is working with him on hand signals. He is a wonderful boy. Her favorite things are kids, balls, food, chewing her toys, and being near you. Be ready to have an abundance of all of it! Maxxi is so eager to please and knows all her commands - sit, stay, come, heel, leave it - like all of them!! She will let you know when she wants to go out and hasn’t had any potty accidents. She does pull a little on the leash but will respond nicely to a verbal heel and slight tug of the leash. She loves her daily walks and does between 2-3 miles. She sleeps with a 12 year girl and lives with a 14 yo boy, 8 yo girl and 3 yo doggy brother. She crates up nicely when we are out and for bed, she has done a great job in the house and hasn’t been destructive as she gains more and more privileges. Maxxi is learning quickly how to play with other dogs and becoming more comfortable with each good experience. She has met other dogs on walks, in our yard and at the lacrosse field. She co-exists beautifully taking her own space with little reaction. She happily meets and smells others. She is going to want the continued socialization to keep giving those experiences to show her what fun life can be! Maxxi is a petit little girl (45ish pounds) who is perfect size for car rides, which she loves! She would love an active family that wants to take her everywhere with them!
