Story
Name: Spud Age: 3.5 months Breed: Terrier, Pitt Bull/Mix Gender: Male Weight: 17 lbs Altered: No Crate Trained: Yes. No accidents with shorter stays. Occasional accidents with longer overnights. He has been bunking with his brothers so he may need a night or two to wean from his roommates. Housebroke: Working on it. Very much a puppy, but he is eager to learn. Definitely knows when he is outside to go. Good with kids: Yes, does absolutely great with kids. He loves the attention and cuddles. Has been carried around by numerous school aged children and doesn't mind at all. Good with dogs: Yes. He loves playing with the other dogs in the house and neighborhood. Loves playing with his two other siblings as well as our full grown pitbull. He respects the older Shitzus in the house who like their privacy. He is the most confident in regards to his siblings and while they get scared at first around big dogs, he will venture out to meet them. Good with cats: Unsure, we do not have cats. Does just fine with numerous small dogs and doesn't seem to fixate on outdoor animals. Foster location: East Troy, WI Fee: $250 (with a seperate $100 deposit check that is shredded with proof of completetion of spay/neuter) includes monthly preventatives, deworming, age appropriate heartworm testing (or treatment) age appropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption, microchip and health certificate. It’s in the dogs/puppies best interest to be placed into their furever homes in a timely fashion. All household members must attend the meet and greet. Bio: Meet Spud. Spud is a sweet boy who traveled from down South to find his forever home and he is having a blast! He came up with his two sibling brothers and mom. Like his brothers, he is an energetic, clumsy, adorably curious puppy. He seems to be the bravest out of his siblings and will be the first to say hi to other dogs and enter new rooms. He does great with all the high energy kids in the house who want nothing more than to pick up and play. After running around, Spud will warm your lap as he cuddles on it for a recharge. Spud is working on the potty training but, like any puppy, will need some further training and patience. He has settled into wearing a collar but is still trying to figure out what this leash is for? In short, Spud is a happy, brave, and loving pup that is so ready to find his forever home and make a someone very happy. Come meet Spud!

My name is Ginny. I came to the shelter from another shelter a few years ago already. I am a lovely gal that just needs to be your one and only. I don't mind a leisurely walk, but then love to snuggle on my bed or couch. I am able to cover myself with my blankets perfectly!

Story
Hi there, my name is Lulu! I'm a 10 year-old spayed female Pit Bull Terrier. I am current on my vaccinations, microchipped and heartworm negative! 3 words that describe me: Cuddly, Spunky, Sweet Things my foster has to say about me: She's getting used to car rides and love pup-cups. She love walks and is SO GOOD with kids, even in groups. She seems to have a bit of prey drive (likes to chase after squirrels and bunnies in the backyard) She's such a sweetie and is definitely becoming one of our favs! Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 6/10 Housetraining Status: I was good at keeping my kennel clean but my foster mom says I need work on my potty training in my home. I'm getting used to my routine though! I should do well in a home: I should do well with children of all ages given proper supervision in the beginning. I should do well with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust because I did well in playgroups at CRHS. But, my friends at CRHS are unsure how I'd do with cats since I chase squirrels and bunnies in my foster home. My favorite activities are: I LOVE snuggling up with my humans and being involved in what they do. I love going for walks and really enjoy sitting out in the sunshine! Things I need work on are: Potty training routine Doggy day out notes: "Lulu is an nice and easy going dog. When on our walk she stayed by me and paid little mind to the 2 dogs that passed us and other adults. She did great in the car too. At Pet Smart we didn’t see any other dogs and the staff liked her. She allowed them to pet her. Overall, Lulu had a great day and is a relaxed, easy going dog." My adoption fee is: $125 *If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal
