Story
I got her when she was a kitten, she is about 8-9 years old. She's a very kind cat and loves to cuddle. 2 years ago she started this problem where she would poop everywhere, she is litter trained. But tiny spots of poop would drop out I do not have the money to take her to the vet I have two other cats that are perfectly healthy. We have given her things at home that would possibly help with her problem and nothing has. She wants nothing but love and I feel really bad that she has this problem and I've had her for so long she is a really really sweet cat. This has turned our house upside down. She needs help and I am unable to give her that.

Story
Who says you don’t get second chances in life? That’s certainly not true for this sweet older lady. We don’t know much about her back story, but what we do know is that somehow she found herself alone on the streets of Baltimore. She was taken to Baltimore Animal Control, where everyone there immediately fell in love with her. As stressful as it must have been to lose her home, be kicked out on the street and then wind up at a busy shelter, her wonderful disposition just shined right through. She absolutely adores people and was a well loved pet at one point. She can’t get enough of being petted and receiving belly rubs. She is an easy going ol’ gal and gets along fine with other cats and animals. She’s extremely adaptable. She has perfect litter box skills and manners. She’s not one to climb up curtains or scratch on furniture. Her favorite thing in the world is just to snooze next to her person. She does have a playful side, but in general she’s a very calm girl. Just an all around sweetheart. She will make a new family very happy. Like all Furever Home cats, Uni is FeLV positive. Story
Hi! My name is Rollie Pollie! I have no clue how to say how amazing I am in words. You have to meet me to believe it. My foster mum says I’m bomb proof. Nothing phases me. But why should it? Life is too short and I want to experience everything! Mum says that makes me sassy and a little insane, but I think my positive, curious and friendly personality serve me well. If there’s a closed door, I want to see what’s behind it. If there’s a new animal, I want to meet it. If there’s a new food, I want to eat it. Stop and smell the roses, make a new friend and live life to the fullest. That’s my motto! Like all the other cats at my rescue, I am FeLV positive. If you don’t know what that is or have any questions, feel free to email my foster mum at FureverHomeMD@gmail.com or call 301-703-1674. She loves talking about how great we Felvies are!

Story
Sweet little Daisy has every reason to distrust people, but like most animals, they are willing to give us a second, and sometimes a fifth, chance. Daisy was abandoned on the streets with her brother when her family moved out and left them behind. A few months later, her brother was attacked and killed by a dog. Luckily for her, a caring neighbor began looking out for her and leaving food. As time passed, it became apparent that little Daisy was just not doing well as an outside cat. Her fur lost it’s shine and Daisy began to get sick. Again the nice neighbors took her in, but unfortunately for her, by then she had contracted FeLV so the neighbors couldn’t keep her. Because there are not nearly enough FeLV rescues, many have a long waitlist. The neighbors were concerned Daisy wouldn’t survive outside in the hot summer so they expanded their search until they found us. The problem was that we were a 16 hour drive away! But the nice neighbors were willing to make that sacrifice for Daisy. And we very quickly understood why. Daisy is so worth it!!!! She is the most lovable little girl! She loves to snuggle with her people whenever she can, but she’s not overly Velcro either. She loves to play with her toys as well, but she’s also ok on her own through the day. She has the most adorable little chirp and will actually have an entire conversation with you, although we admit, sometimes it’s hard to understand what she’s saying. She also has impeccable litter habits and will actually wipe her little paws off before walking away from the litter box. In summary, Daisy is perfect! Like all our cats, Daisy is FeLV positive. If you’d like more information on what that means, feel free to call us at 301.703.1674 or email FureverHomeMD@gmail.com.

Story
Meet Ren! Ren is a 2 year old girl, up to date on vaccines and disease-tested negative. Here's her story: "I was found in a colony at a local park and clearly didn't belong there. I do fine with dominant cats but will chase any that run away. I like being near my peeps although I'm not a lap cat. I like playing with paper balls and toy mice. I purr easily and give head butts and like kisses on my head. I would do best in a quiet home with or without other cats." Make an appointment to meet her, you will be glad you did!

Story
Meet Head Baker Emma. Emma was a struggling, unemployed Baker sleeping on the streets of Baltimore. Volunteers found sweet Emma and knew the best place for her devine biscuits to be appreciated was in a loving home. Since being rescued, Emma's foster family has found that she is a people cat, meaning she loves to spend as much time as possible with her people. As soon as someone enters a room, Emma is chirping for attention. She is easily trusting and loves all forms of affection - pets, playtime, food and snuggles. Emma would do best in a home with no other animals, as she prefers all the attention is on her. If would like to try some of Emma's delectable biscuits, consider submitting an application.
