Story
Meet your new "Best Cat Friend Forever", Snowball! This very special, very social former community cat is in search of a forever home. He was being fed by a local caretaker who noticed him limping, unable to put any weight on his right forelimb. We had him treated at a local urgent care and he fully recovered in less than a month! Snowball is extremely energetic, curious, and smart. Great eater, food motivated, and a fast learner. This makes him easily trained. He's very attentive and respectful of his family and environment. He has no special needs, just love and cuddles! Once he warms up to you you'll have found your new "Best Cat Friend Forever"!

Story
Cookie is almost 4 years old. She is up to date on all vaccinations and gets regular vet check ups. She is very affectionate, loves people and being pet and is very much a lap cat. She is playful and loves following her owner around! She likely would do well even in a home with children. Very gentle mannered and is a purring machine.

Story
Hi, thank you for choosing to adopt. We have a 13 year old cat, Monkey, that unfortunately needs to be rehomed. He grew up as a 'single' cat and has been unable to adjust to living with other cats in the home. For the last several years we were able to relocate him to another family member's home where he has been happy living as a singleton cat, but unfortunately they are not longer able to care for him. Monkey is independent, generally does not like to be cuddled but will come to you for pets and attention. He is very food motivated and will need to have his diet monitored to avoid overfeeding. Thank you so much for your interest and please message for any additional questions.

Story
Venti is the sweetest girl! She is 5yo, vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. She is 5yo and loves to cuddle and be around her human. Venti will tolerate you brushing her and is not too fond of nail clippings but you can touch/hold her paws. She shows her affection by coming to you face to face and will lick you while purring very loud. She will spend most her day lounging around and will occasionally get the zoomies. I am ONLY rehoming her because she is not fond of my 7yo dog. She would do amazing in a single animal home. If you need any cat supplies, I can provide it within the adoption.

Story
Hi, my name is Rocky II. My mom named me that because she had a cat years ago, of course named Rocky, whom she loved dearly & felt the name suited me too. She adopted me right before the pandemic and took care of me while I entertained her while she was “locked down” in her senior apartment. She also realized that I’m deaf and had to get used to letting me know she was there to keep from scaring me all the time. Sometimes I meow pretty loud but as soon as you look at me I’ll meow very sweetly. I think sometimes I just do it because I don’t know how loud I actually am. Mom passed away & I’ve been living w/her daughter for the last 6 months but I just can’t handle her dogs and I really need a more 1 on 1 relationship. I love to get brushed & will purr & rub on you as long as you want me to. I can also take a hint & am happy w/my alone time as well. I’m pretty chill, don’t mess up the furniture, don’t pee outside my box. I’m a pretty decent guy & would love a new comfortable home.

Story
My son brought Tobi home because he was 1 of 2 kittens in a friend's litter. He is now 10, and very well fed and loved. He is a lap cat and kind to kids and people. Reason He was my son's cat, but my son has moved out and I work too far away. I also hope to move out of the area soon so it's best I find a good family or home for him. Adjectives that describe your pet: A lap cat, very affectionate, eats well, likes to go in the yard but never runs away from home. He does shed but is good with kids and strangers. Best Qualities Happy and calm but not aloof. Cute/funny quirks Thinks he is a dog and will run outside with you, but only if it's evening. Special toys or treats that they love Balls with jingle bells, the feather in a stick, scratching posts

Story
Sasha is 2 and a half years old and shows no signs of slowing down! She is a kitten at heart, full of energy and spunk, and absolutely loves spending time with her people. Although shy at first, when she is with the people she loves most, she loves cuddling and playing with them. Her favorite place in the world is on your lap, and her second is playing fetch with a hair tie. She purrs constantly and is very expressive and curious. On the active side, her best fit would be a home where you can provide toys and plenty of stimulation. Never in a million years would I want to rehome Sasha, Unfortunately, my older cat cannot keep with her kitten energy, and it has created some tension between them. Sasha would be wonderful for a lively home with younger pets.

Story
Meet Ren! Ren is a 2 year old girl, up to date on vaccines and disease-tested negative. Here's her story: "I was found in a colony at a local park and clearly didn't belong there. I do fine with dominant cats but will chase any that run away. I like being near my peeps although I'm not a lap cat. I like playing with paper balls and toy mice. I purr easily and give head butts and like kisses on my head. I would do best in a quiet home with or without other cats." Make an appointment to meet her, you will be glad you did!

Story
Meet Head Baker Emma. Emma was a struggling, unemployed Baker sleeping on the streets of Baltimore. Volunteers found sweet Emma and knew the best place for her devine biscuits to be appreciated was in a loving home. Since being rescued, Emma's foster family has found that she is a people cat, meaning she loves to spend as much time as possible with her people. As soon as someone enters a room, Emma is chirping for attention. She is easily trusting and loves all forms of affection - pets, playtime, food and snuggles. Emma would do best in a home with no other animals, as she prefers all the attention is on her. If would like to try some of Emma's delectable biscuits, consider submitting an application.

Story
3 year old tuxedo brothers in need of a new home! Colton (long white line) is a cuddle bug who loves to lay on your chest once he warms up to you. Colby (short white line) just wants your love and attention. Once he’s comfortable, he will sleep with you every night. We love these boys so much and have had them since they were kittens. Unfortunately, they started peeing outside of the litter box and even though they don’t do it as often now after us putting them on medication & changing their food, they still periodically do it. Our vet has deemed it mostly behavioral and we think a change of scenery will be good for them. We will provide some prescription good & medication to start off. We want the best for them; we have just come to the conclusion that it’s no longer us :(

These pups are in Baltimore, Maryland too!

Story
I have been caring for this little guy, SoxNSpex (SnS) for a few months. He's the sweetest community cat in the neighborhood. He's been very interested in coming indoors and the few times he's been indoors, he did great. However, my indoor cat is territorial and has been surprisingly aggressive towards him. He can't seem to get any of the other community cats to be kind to him either. He's the smallest and often left alone. I've had to put his shelter and food close to the door so I can keep a closer eye on him. Other than being a little lonely, he's a playful and sweet cat. He has the cutest meow lol. He's VERY food motivated, seconded only by affection. I would love to try and get my cat used to him but with my cat being so territorial, I cannot keep them separate for as long as needed. And SnS does not like being locked up! He's very adventurous and loves to explore the house. I've gotten him neutered and vaccinated through BARCS.
