Story
Mona is a sweet, affectionate, teeny tiny little kitty. She is a little anxious and prefers a quiet environment. Unfortunately, we have another cat who loves to roughhouse and a loud toddler who wants to pet Mona all the time. Mona is three years old, teeny tiny, and very pretty. She is an excellent snuggler but can also handle being alone. She is loving and independent. She has always been an indoor cat but loves exploring a yard with her people nearby. She is playful, incredibly smart, and very fast! She loves to play with a feather on a string and bat balls around. Every night she jumps into bed for 10 minutes of mandatory petting and then runs off to patrol the house. Mona is also the prettiest, tiniest cat in the world! She’s full grown but still about the size of a big kitten, maaaaaaybe 6 pounds. I can’t emphasize enough that we love Mona! She is a great little kitty cat. We want a home that’s better for her than ours, and we can’t rehome our toddler, lol.

Story
Our sweet girls Bootsie and Mitsie are hoping to find their perfect match and forever family. The girls came to us when their elderly owner passed away. They were raised together by her since they were kittens, so adjusting to a whole new life wasn’t easy for them. Boots and Mits are slow to warm up. They’re pretty cautious at first since the haven’t had a lot of socialization outside of their original owner. But once they are comfortable, they are some great company! Each girl has a very unique personality so between the two of them you’ll get just about every quality in a cat possible. Mitsie is sweet, shy, reserved, loves to sit near you, and adores chin scratches. Bootsie is brave, bold, out-spoken, feisty and likes things her way. One thing they do share is their love for play. Daily play with their favorite string toys are a MUST!

Story
My name is Midnight and looking for my family. I am a very young catten found with my 5 kittens left outdoors in a dog kennel without shelter from the weather. I am a friendly rescue catten. My kittens were friendly as well, so at some point someone cared for us. However, this experience was a little stressing. My foster mom gave me my own space based on being stressed under the circumstances. I am somewhat vocal around other cats do not feel very comfortable yet. I would love to have someone who can focus on me while I learn how to bring out my inner kitten. I need to learn to play since that was interrupted while raising my kittens. As I am still a youth I will grow to love my new family and with some patience I will learn to feel safe from so many changes I have been exposed to lately. If you are interested my foster mom can be reached at 8165103064.

Story
Casper is a reformed stray cat and current lap cat; he first approached our home a few months ago with hesitation and then when he realized we were nice and offering food he never left our porch. He became territorial of the porch and would ward off other cats but any time we would go out side he would meow and beg for pets and climb into our laps for pets and making biscuits. Sometimes he gets to excited and will get fiesty/spicy but he really is just a stage five clinger. He just wants to live in your skin forever. His ideal life would be to follow his person around or be held forever. He’d love to sit on your lap while you game or watch TV or read or anything else you enjoy.

Story
🐾 Meet Rosie – Your One-and-Only Queen 🖤 Are you looking for a calm, loyal companion to be your one and only? Because Rosie is ready to rule her kingdom — and she’d prefer not to share the throne. This stunning black beauty — part panther, part black bear, all kitty — has a gentle, soulful nature and a quiet confidence that makes her incredibly easy to live with. She’s cool, composed, and happiest in a peaceful home where she can truly relax and bond deeply with her person. Once she knows you, Rosie is pure sweetness. She’ll greet you with soft head bumps, roll over for tummy rubs, and curl up beside you for cozy naps or movie nights. She has the tiniest little chirpy meow — just enough to “check in” and remind you she’s there. She loves simply being near her people, keeping you company without ever being demanding. Rosie is wonderfully tidy with perfect litter habits, low-key energy, and hardly sheds at all — truly a low-maintenance, high-love kind of girl. After trying life with other cats, Rosie has made her preferences clear: she wants her home and her humans all to herself. She thrives as the only pet and feels safest and happiest when she doesn’t have to share space or attention. And honestly? That just means more love for you. If you’ve ever wanted a single, devoted companion who bonds deeply and becomes your quiet shadow, Rosie is exactly that cat. Sunny windows, soft blankets, short play sessions, and a peaceful home — that’s her dream. 💫 Independent but affectionate. Calm but playful. Loyal to the core. Rosie isn’t meant for everyone — she’s meant for her person. Maybe that’s you. 🆕 Rosie is also eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program, allowing you to welcome her into your home and get to know her before making things official. It’s a wonderful way to ensure the perfect match for both of you! ----------------------------------------- If you’re interested in adopting, please apply online at mscrescue.org/adopt. An approved application is required before we can schedule a meet & greet. Once approved, we’ll work with you to ensure it’s a great fit—and if it’s not, no worries! We’ll help you find the perfect match. All of our cats are adoption-ready and come: • Spayed or neutered • FELV/FIV tested • Dewormed • Up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines • Microchipped

Story
Dallas is a three-year-old boy and is very kind, cuddly, and affectionate. Dallas will meow at you and wait to be cuddled, sleep beside you, and loves to play. He also loves to get into cabinets and knock things over, but has never once scratched or bit anyone- He is only slightly mischievous. Dallas needs some help losing weight, and is bonded to his friend, Mr White, a black two-year-old female cat who is spayed. Dallas is neutered and up to date with his shots. He is a foster cat that would love to go somewhere where he can be played with, and cuddle up close with!
