Story
Maxine is very timid, and none to pleased about this whole "being around people" business. She like to hides, sometimes in corners, sometimes under blankets, wherever she feels most secure. She is trying her best to learn how to trust, but she is very much a work in progress. She does has a few favorite volunteers that she loves to give attention to. Maxine would do best in a quiet patient home that understands she will take time to come out of her shell. Maxine is eight years old, spayed, and up to date with her vaccines. Story
Daisy Mae is a cautious cat who needs time to adjust and settle into her surroundings. Now that she's comfortable at the shelter, she occasionally seeks out head scratches, and will rub against staff members' legs - but beware - affection is at her discretion and it's wise to respect her boundaries. A patient and quiet home is needed for this regal girl, and Daisy would appreciate being the only animal in the house.
