Story
Bob is a sweetheart and we love him so much, but he does not love our dog or our other cat so much anymore and has gotten to where he’s just seeming stressed out all the time lately from them. He was born in my home and is almost 4 years old (bday is in April). He plays fetch better than my dog (stretchy hair ties or bands work). He loves to snuggle. Takes a little bit of time to warm up, but is so sweet after. He tends to run and hide when we have people over and doesn’t love big crowds of people or noises, so ideally a quieter home would be better and I think he would do best as an only pet. It breaks my heart to rehome him and there will be tears, but as much as we love him and he loves us, I think he would be happier if he wasn’t so stressed all the time. Also he is not a huge fan of the automatic litter boxes. At least not the one I got. I want to find him a home where he is loved and can couch snuggle someone and get back to his happy stress-free self.

Story
Meet Henry, a 4-year-old neutered male cat who’s been part of my life since he was 1 year old. He’s a sweet lap cat who loves to be close and nap beside his favorite person. Henry enjoys gentle affection, lounging in sunny spots, and being part of a calm home. He has a playful and curious side but mostly prefers relaxing and cuddling. Henry does have a few quirks that need patience and consistency. He loves human food and will try to sneak bites if given the chance, so his new home should be mindful about keeping food out of reach. He’s healthy and litter box trained but does best in a relaxed environment with someone who can maintain steady routines and boundaries. Rehoming Henry is not an easy decision, but his behavioral quirks have become difficult to manage in my current living situation. I truly want him to have a calm, stable home where he can feel comfortable and understood.

Story
Lucy is our wonderful feline friend who deserves more than what we can give her right now. Just over two years old, we adopted her at just a few months of age and she has been a wonderful, loving and immensely affectionate companion since then. A year ago, due to financial stressor, our family (my wife and I and our then-two-year-old-son) had to move in with my parents, with their dog and my sister's cat who they were caring for at the time. She had to be confined to our room because she and the other cat did not get along - although she's just fine with the dog - but due to shifting circumstances our stay extended until my wife became pregnant again and now we have a young baby in the mix, too. Simply put, we want Lucy to have the space, attention and care that she deserves and that we have not been able to afford to give her. She is genuinely the sweetest cat I've ever known, LOVES children (she is obsessed with our son), and we just want to make sure she has a long and happy life.

We discovered him in Paris, TX, and he looks a bit lost! We just moved here last year ourselves. We asked the neighbors if they recognized him, but no one seems to know this little guy. He’s incredibly sweet and friendly, plus he’s quite the clever, energetic little fellow who loves to play! We even have a cat tower he hardly uses that we’d be happy to pass along (LOL). We just want him to find someone who will shower him with all the love he deserves!

Story
Moving out-of-state into a situation where I cannot take pets and unfortunately need to find a new home for my babies: Lita & Lani, 5-yrs old, from the same litter. American short hair cats, each weighing ~8 lb, small and perfect for cuddling. Both are neutered and up to date on all shots. Adopted at a few months old and have paperwork with their shot records and microchips. They come together as one, having always lived with each other. Previously did well living with other adult cats too. Lita is adventurous and curious, but also loves to cuddle on her terms (and gets scared during thunderstorms). Lani is sometimes shy with new people, but loves cuddles and head rubs and is super affectionate. Great at keeping each other company when I'm gone for work, but also love attention when I'm home. Cats come with auto feeders for dry food (controllable with app), regular litter box, carrier, cat tree, cat pillow bed, and brush/nail trimmers. No fee, just need to know they'll be loved.
