Story
This is Kiko (mostly black male) and Bibi (mostly white female). They are 10 weeks old and they come from one of our cats that got pregnant before we could get her spayed. These two are a bonded pair and will do best adopted together. They are very playful but when settled down the perfect lap cats. We are looking for someone who is patient and caring. Someone willing to provide vet care for them because at the moment we cannot afford it for them. So we really want them to go to a home filled with care and love. They deserve it.

Story
Madam is a stray taken in by my son who is unable to keep her. I have had her dewormed, spayed and she has had her shots. She around 1 year old, petite, not shy but feisty and can play laser tag all day. She is litter trained and not a picky eater. However, she does not like other cats at all and I have 3 older cats. I have had her 4 months and tried in vain to integrate her into my cat family. She would be best as a only cat.

Story
Sable is about 10 years old. I’ve had her since I was 12-13 years old. I love her to death. She is the sweetest cat I’ve ever met and had (I’ve met and had many cats). She is so gentle and loving. She loves delectables treats and temptations treats. She does have a more sensitive stomach and she’s picky on her food, but when you give her the right one she loves to eat. She’s somewhat playful, she likes cat nip and toys. She’s been more sluggish and tired recently. She loves to cuddle, snuggle, pets, putting her face in yours. She used to talk a lot but recently got sick and hasn’t talked as much since. :( she’s a beautiful cat, she loves all humans. I love her but she’s gotten kinda sick again and I can’t afford to take care of her and give her the support she needs financially. If anyone is able to give her that support and would like to have a new loving friend, please reach out. She deserves so much love and she always gives it right back.

Story
Donna is gorgeous and she loves a good conversation! She makes great eye contact, and listens carefully. She wants to please, and she's not a cat to ignore you or pretend she doesn't care. She cares! Donna will bond with you and see you as her protector and friend. She enjoys being petted and given attention.  She was assaulted by a cat years ago and is still wary. She has a private room here and we would like her to be an only cat or to have lots of space and her own eating area.     We want to make adopting easy for you! Here’s our application:   https://rappcats.org/adoptions/ Once you complete it, we’re on it! We’ll call your vet (or personal reference) the next business day. Then we like to do a brief video chat (FaceTime if you have it) so you can show us your new pet’s home - where they’ll sleep, eat, and play. During our chat, we can also give you tips or answer questions about how to successfully integrate your new family member into your household, especially if you have other pets. Our adoption fee is $150 and covers our costs of spay/neuter, vaccinations, vet exam, and supplies. (Once old enough, all our cats are current on their shots and have been spayed/neutered.) We’re a strictly no-kill shelter just for cats. We’re cage-free, donation-based, and volunteer-powered. We’re small but special and we’re glad you found us! For more info don’t hesitate to call or text us at 540-987-6050 or email us at adopt@rappcats.org.      October 16, 2025, 9:59 pm

Story
Neo was adopted at about 2yo from a feline rescue in July 2022. He is approximately 7 1/2yo now. Neo just had is annual vet checkup and has no health issues and his rabies is current. I am moving to a retirement facility and can't take him with me. Neo is an extremely loving cat. He loves a lap anytime where he stares up at you shooting hearts at you. When he was rescued, he was only a couple of weeks old so he had to be bottle fed. He kneads, but not like he used to. Nails trims are a piece of cake as he has been getting them since he was tiny and has no issues with his paws being handled. As a matter of fact he likes his toes massaged. He is always ready for his treats, breakfast and dinner. He loves to sunbathe at an open door or on a screened in porch if you have one. If not, a sunny window or door will work. He is a very sweet cat that would be a good addition to any household.

Story
Mya was adopted at about 2yo from a feline rescue in July 2022. She is approximately 7 1/2yo now. I am moving to a retirement facility and cannot take her with me. Mya is shy, but is such a sweetheart. She is a drive-by pet me kind of girl, jumping up for me to pet her and then parking on the foot rest. Bedtime is usually her "me" time where she gets brushed/petted and she tells me how her day was. Mya has gotten more talkative over the last couple of years. Initially, I didn't think she could 'speak', but she does in fact have a voice. It is quite funny, she actually has a chirp and a little bark when she wants to be fed. She loves to sunbathe at an open door or in a screened in porch if you have one and loves to watch the wildlife outside. If not, a sunny window or door will work. She has not been around dogs or kids, but I think she would adapt just fine. She likes to burrow under a warm blanket or towel for a long nap as well. Please help Mya find a home.
