1) GENERAL INFO NAME- Princess Viola (responds to Viola) FAVORITE SONG- “My Girl” by the Temptations. AGE- 1.5y DOB- march 2024 BREED- large mix assuming she has the same father is her litter mate Tesoro who was DNA tested, she is 73% American Staffordshire Terrier, 14% American Bulldog, 13% American Pit Bull Terrier SEX- female PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION- black and white face and chest, short hair, brown eyes, flobby ears and long tail. ALTER STATUS- spayed as of april 2025 CURRENT WEIGHT- aprox 65lbs HISTORY/BACK ROUND- was likely from an accident litter or hobby/backyard breeder and raised in a home with 2 other female dogs from the same litter since 5/6 weeks old. Raised in a home with many children ages 5-12 and a variety of adults. Most recently was visited by a 1.5y toddler for several weeks in the home with no issues just sweet and gentle. 2) GENERAL BEHAVIOR WITH: PEOPLE- slightly shy or cautious but warms up quickly when offered a treat. CHILDREN- very gentle and sweet, ages more commonly exposed to are between 5y-12y with some exposure with a 1.5y toddler. DOGS- interested, curious, excited, slightly shy/cautious. CATS- unknown, but can be tested if needed to confirm, likely will have high prey drive but can potentially be trained to coexist. OTHER ANIMALS- outdoor birds very interested and will chase, enjoys watching the ferrets in Petco. HOUSE TRAINED- may need supervision but likely ok once adjusted. CRATE- yes and on verbal cue with finger point. WALKS- good on the leash minus distractions, gets excited with other people and dogs but not bad. She knows the cue “sit beside me” and will come around to your side. EQUIPMENT/CLOTHING- tolerates, collars, harnesses, sweater/cooling vest, leashes and seat belts. CAR- good in front or back seat with seat belt attachment, needs a lift in but will jump out. VET- did well at spay appointment GROOMER- unknown, never been, did all in home grooming. 3) HOME BATHING/GROOMING/HANDLING: (13) EARS- good with touch NAILS- very well tolerates clippers and dremel PAWS- good with touch TEETH- in good shape for her age and will allow routine tooth brushing EYES- good HEAD- good BRUSHING- good WATER/WASHING- in bath tub or outdoor kiddy pool, calm with no fight or attempt to escape. TAIL- good LIFTING/HOLDING/PICKING UP- very well, needs to be lifted in raised cars. TOUCH SENSITIVITIES- none known at the moment 4) PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS AND CONFIDENCE: OWN DESCRIPTION. Viola is a very smart and sweet girl. Warms up quickly and is very forgiving. Loves verbal feed back like “Good Girl” engagement and attention seeking. Will cuddle all day but also play all day. Positive foundational basic obedience has been established at a very early age but would need to be continued and reinforced. Shes Confident and motivated to please. She is emotionally stable and physically healthy. With more common life exposures consistantly, Viola will be even better each day. Viola is active and loves to walk, run, training, games and cuddles. She will give hugs and kisses and lean on you for affection. Viola needs a home that’s average to busy with enough adult supervision to help her with potential counter surfing, door dashing and digging in the yard. She loves kongs and edible chews and toys as well as stuffed toys to destroy and puzzles. Loves car rides to Petco and to dunkin for pup cups. 5) MEDICAL INFO: MICROCHIP STATUS- yes, registered to me PREVIOUS INJURIES- went into a severe bee sting reaction summer 2024 (have pictures and videos). Rabies- yes, as of april 2024 ALTER STATUS- spayed as of april 2024 CURRENT MEDICAL ISSUES- none/ no symptoms CURRENT MEDICATIONS-none 6) BASIC OBEDIENCE/TRAINING: SIT- yes DOWN-yes RECALL-yes STAY/WAIT-yes LEAVE IT- concept yes, real life still learning NAME RECOGNITION- yes IMPULSE CONTROL LEVEL- well LOOSE LEASH WALKING-well after exercise and initial excitement BARKING- none, just when excited to eat or play. GO TO CRATE-yes FOOD MOTIVATION-yes PLAY MOTIVATION- yes PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS- very smart TRAINABILITY- high TRICKS- not yet but would love to learn JUMPING- only when excited but knows to sit on cue in exchange COUNTER SURFING- opportunistic but will need supervision CHEWING- toys and chews in crate, might steal shoes or kids toys DIGGING- yes loves to dig**will escape backyard fence** needs to be supervised. 7) EMOTIONAL BEHAVIOR CONCERNS: RESOURCE GUARDING- none intended or noticed. FEAR/FRUSTRATION AGGRESSION- none BITE HISTORY- none REACTIVITY-none CONFIDENCE- well/high TOLERANCE- very well in a variety of environments. COPING SKILLS- more reserved or shy if anything. NOISE PHOBIAS/SOUND SENSITIVITY- none 8) ADDITIONAL INFO:***Viola is very well loved by my partner and I. If for any reason you and your family are no longer interested in giving Viola her furever home for any reason, we will gladly take her back into foster in our home and will travel for her. ***In addition, we would love to continue to be in contact with Viola’s new family each month via text, call and/or social media platforms like facebook and snapchat. I am happy to give any advice, support and recommendations for anything she may need life long regarding her training, health, behavior, and well being. If rehomed locally to me, I will also help with in person training and dog sitting when needed.

GENERAL INFO: NAME- Tesoro (meaning-Treasure) FAVORITE SONG- “Earth Angel” by The Penguins. AGE- 1.5y DOB- March 2024 BREED- DNA test results are: 73% American Staffordshire Terrier, 14% American Bulldog and 13% American Pit Bull Terrier. SEX- female PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION- brindle, short hair, brown eyes, flopped ears, long tail ALTER STATUS- spayed in April 2025 CURRENT WEIGHT- aprox 70lbs HISTORY/BACK ROUND- was likely from an accident litter or hobby/backyard breeder and raised in a home with 2 other female dogs from the same litter since 5/6 weeks old. Raised in a home with many children ages 5-12 and a variety of adults. Most recently was visited by a 1.5y toddler for several weeks in the home with no issues just curious and gentle. GENERAL BEHAVIOR WITH: PEOPLE- very well polite greetings and slightly shy, warms up quickly. CHILDREN- very gentle and sweet, ages more commonly exposed to are between 5y-12y with some time with a 1.5y toddler. DOGS- interested, curious, slightly shy but gets excited and matches energy. CATS- unknown at the moment but can be tested if needed. OTHER ANIMALS- unknown. HOUSE TRAINED- likely very well with proper supervision while adjusting. CRATE- yes and on verbal cue with finger point. WALKS- well on the leash minus distractions, understands cues like “beside me” and “wait for me”. EQUIPMENT/CLOTHING- tolerates all basic collars, martingales, harnesses, sweaters/ cooling vest, leashes and seat belts. CAR- very good in front or back seat with headrest seat belt attachment, needs a lift in higher suvs but will jump out. VET- did well during spay appointment. Very sensitive to medications, use caution with drugs and watch for side effects like lameness. GROOMER- never been, I home groom her entirely and she is perfect and calm even with nails. HOME BATHING/GROOMING/HANDLING: EARS- perfect for routine cleaning NAILS- very well tolerates nail clippers and electric dremel/grinder. PAWS- not sensitive to touch TEETH- in good shape for her age, tolerates doggie tooth brushing in routine EYES- good to touch HEAD- good to touch BRUSHING HAIR- does not mind. WATER/WASHING- in bath tub or outdoor kiddy pool, calm, with no fight or attempt to escape. Tolerates all gentle handling and routine grooming needs. TAIL- good to touch LIFTING/HOLDING/PICKING UP- very well, needs to be lifted into higher SUVS most of the time if no running start. TOUCH SENSITIVITIES- none at the moment. PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS AND CONFIDENCE: OWN DESCRIPTION. Tesoro is very smart, calm, confident and sweet girl. Warms up quickly and is very patient. Loves verbal feed back like, “Good Girl” engagement and attention. Will cuddle but also play with tug toys or chase balls. Positive foundational basic obedience has been established at a very early age but would need to be continued and reinforced. Shes content in her crate and motivated to please. She is emotionally stable and physically healthy. With more common life exposures in her future, Tesoro will continue to be the best girl. Tesoro is semi active when engaged and loves to walk, run, and relax. She will give cuddles and kisses and lay on you for affection. Tesoro would do best in a home that’s average to busy with enough adult supervision to help her with her potential for opportunistic counter surfing, digging outside and jumping over 4ft and under fences and baby gates. She loves kongs and edible chews and toys as well as stuffed toys to destroy for enrichment. Loves car rides to Petco and to dunkin for a pup cup. Loves to carry toys around and be handed toys and goodies. MEDICAL INFO: MICROCHIP STATUS- yes, registered to me PREVIOUS INJURIES- none major, just light scaring from sibling rough play and small crate sores.
