Story
Kody 5 year-old Aussie shepherd poodle mix. She has a strong personality and loves to be the center of attention. She has been professionally trained knows all commands is how trained and great on a leash with her training commands and in a vehicle. Would need someone that has no other dogs in their home and has the time and attention to spend with Dakota continuing to utilize her training skills. She is doing a great job in her behavior training after spending a month in a program, she is now better wtith kids and other dogs but needs 1on1 continued training and cultivating of her new skills. she loves to have a job and be put to work. she will cuddle with you all. night long or sleep in a crate (after some adjustment). She loves games and can be taught more, but doesnt really play fetch. I think she could aslo be a great swimmer in environments like a river or the ocean. She loves to bark at the shore line as it rolls in and out. She will also jump over shorter gates or fences to be nearer to you, but will not run away. woul ddo great at agility training and activities. Kody would be the perfect single companion dog we love her so much and she has just as much love to offer the right family or person. She would ride passenger on a road trip or hang out while you watch tv. the perfect best friend.

Story
Rocky is a beautiful, super energetic, super sweet seven year old, 36 lb aussiedoodle. He loves going for runs, jogging alongside you for a bike ride, and nice long walks (especially when there is some training incorporated). He is so great at learning tricks, and is a very smart pup. As with many aussies, he’s definitely a bit anxious and his prey drive is quite high. He can be reactive, and is not dog or kid friendly. We don’t recommend he be let off leash outdoors or brought to a dog park. He also has to warm to new people as he is very protective of his owner. He is truly the best boy, he just has a lot of anxiety. The reason we are rehoming him is because he really does need so much physical and mental stimulation and we are not able to meet his needs. We have two kids and he’s wonderful with them, but we have to be on constant high alert. His anxiety is also much higher now that we have kids, so I really think he deserves a home where he is the center of attention.

Bluey came from a breeder who bred two Merle dogs, resulting in Bluey being a double Merle. Because of this, Bluey is deaf and partially blind. He can see movement up close and at certain distances, and he navigates his world in his own special way. Despite his challenges, Bluey has so much love to give! A little about Bluey: Deaf and partially blind, but still enjoys exploring his surroundings. Great with other animals! Does well in a crate. Gets SUPER excited when you come home because he loves seeing his people! Enjoys cuddles, kisses, and all the affection you can give. Has so much love to share with his future family. Bluey deserves a family who will see beyond his disabilities and recognize the amazing, loving boy he is. With a safe environment, patience, and a little understanding of his unique needs, he can thrive and become a wonderful companion. His disabilities do not define him. His heart does.   ##2869158##

Meet the beautiful Betty! This sweet girl is a 1 year old female Aussiedoodle mix. She is super friendly and loves just about everyone and everything she meets. She loves to snuggle and wants to be with you at all times. She still has lots of energy and she loves to romp and play. She never turns down a good belly rub. Even though she is considered an adult, she still has lots of puppy energy! She loves to play ball and to run around the yard. She would make a great addition to a family with an active lifestyle! She is currently located down South at our sister shelters and available for pre-adoption. We do transports to NJ once a month. She can't wait to find her forever home! For an application go to Rpacirescue.org. RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England area and delivered in Pennsylvania and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 150.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 150.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. She will make anyone a great pet, we were told at the surrender that she was great with children, but we have not had time to verify. Before her adoption we will verify if she is for sure kid and cat friendly. We know she is great with other dogs.
