Hey there! I’m **Panda** 🐼🐾
I’m an 8-week-old **Blue Heeler** pup with a BIG personality and even bigger energy! If you’re looking for a playful, confident, fun-loving sidekick, I might just be your guy.
I love to play — with dogs big and small, with kids of all ages, and I even do well around older cats and tiny kittens. I’m friendly, curious, and always ready for my next adventure. My favorite place? The backyard! Give me a fenced yard and I’ll happily zoom around, exploring and burning off my “crazy” puppy energy.
Now, I do have a little secret… I’m part Blue Heeler, part shark 🦈😉 Those puppy teeth are busy, and I’ll need an experienced family who understands herding and working breeds to help me learn how to channel my inner shark into good habits. I’m super smart though! I’m already working on potty training and have figured out things like ramps and stairs all by myself. Brains and energy? That’s me!
When I finally wear myself out, I have the cutest quirk — I like to put myself to bed. After a big day of playing and exploring, I’ll tuck myself in and recharge for tomorrow’s fun.
**My ideal home MUST have:**
• A dog sibling (big or small!)
• Kids of any age to play with
• A fenced backyard where I can run and zoom
I would thrive with an active family, especially one with experience training herding or working breeds. I’m spirited, smart, and full of life — I just need the right leader to help guide me into becoming the very best boy.

Adoption FEE: $650 which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.
A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption.

All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.
Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
