Story
Goose was born in February 2022 in Montgomery, AL. He was an accidental breeding from an Australian Shepherd breeder after the male dog got out of his crate and into the female’s crate. Goose is a sweet, silly, loving dog who is very loyal and protective of his family and home. He barks at deliveries and new people but will warm up to them with time. He is also great with our new baby. We are looking for a home with someone experienced with Australian Shepherds, as they need a lot of exercise, mental stimulation, and attention. Due to a new baby and increasing job demands, we can no longer provide him with what he needs, and he has started becoming destructive out of boredom. We love Goose dearly and want him to have the life he deserves. A $300 rehoming fee applies to ensure serious inquiries only. Characteristics: sweet, silly, loyal, intelligent, protective, affectionate, and energetic.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.OUR GENTLEMAN REMINGTON IS READY TO GO!! Meet Remington, a handsome 2-year-old Aussiedoodle with a sensitive soul and a whole lot of potential. Remington came to us as an owner surrender, and we believe he’s simply one of those dogs who somehow slipped through the cracks in the socialization arena. He hasn’t had the exposure, socialization, or life experiences that many dogs his age have had—but now he finally has the opportunity to learn. Remington is looking for an amazing family who will love him for exactly who he is today, while patiently showing him just how wonderful that big, wide world can be. Here’s what we’ve learned about Remington: He hasn’t had much experience walking on a leash, so a home where he would need to be leash-walked for every potty break—such as an apartment or housing complex with no yard—is not the right fit for him. A home with a secure fenced yard where he can decompress, explore, and build confidence at his own pace would be much better. Remington was recently neutered and is still learning how to navigate new people and other dogs. He doesn’t appreciate dogs getting right in his face, but he is adjusting to dogs who are respectful and willing to give him his space. And now we’re getting to see him blossom!  Check out his video in the comments below!!  Remington has been spending some time at Neely’s Pet Oasis in Wesley Chapel, where he is learning how to socialize appropriately with other dogs now that he is neutered, —and he is doing GREAT! A huge thank you to Alicia Neely for fostering and giving Remington this opportunity and helping us learn more about the wonderful dog underneath those initial nerves. Remington doesn’t need someone expecting a perfectly polished dog on Day One. He needs someone patient, kind, and willing to celebrate the little victories as he discovers that new people, new dogs, leashes, adventures, and life outside his comfort zone can actually be pretty amazing. ✨ Give this gentleman a little time, a little patience, and a whole lot of love—and we think you’re going to discover one very special dog. ✨ Remington is neutered, microchip, up-to-date on all shots and ready for his forever home! Story
Pirate is a perfect sweet little buddy. He was adopted before his 1st birthday, is trained (can sit stay and shake) and is good with animals and people (has lived with other dogs, cats, birds, and children of various ages). He is 4 years old (April 10 2022) and loves his big brother, Crouton (Nov 24 2018), who is also pictured. This Australian Shepard & Greyhound have been a bonded pair for over three years. Only health issue is allergies to grass which are managed with a daily Zenrelia 15mg allergy tablets we get affordably at costco. Without it he gets a red belly/paws & bites himself. He likes to lay with his brother most of the day, play tug-o-war, run after his brother and go for short walks. He is shy but really sweet and doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body. Loves to snuggle his brother and people. He is very handsome classic tricolor with long or short hair. Likes brushing and petting. We would love to keep him and his brother together in their new home!

Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi, I’m Acadia 🩵🐾 I’m a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd/ Staffordshire mix with the perfect mix of playful energy and cuddly sweetness. I love exploring the yard, sniffing all the new smells, and then curling right up next to my people for snuggles afterward 🩵 I’m a curious, affectionate girl who enjoys being part of whatever’s going on. I’m a little more outgoing than my best friend Denali, but I’m still very gentle and loving. I’m friendly with people, calm around other dogs, and always happy to greet you with a wag and a little nuzzle 🐶 I already know “sit” and I’m learning new commands quickly—especially if treats are involved! I’m also working on my leash manners and gaining confidence every day. I’m crate trained, doing great with routines, and making awesome progress with potty training. I can sometimes be a little nervous in new situations, but I warm up quickly and love having reassurance from the people I trust. I’m mostly quiet, though I may give a bark or two when I hear something exciting or unfamiliar—just enough to keep life interesting 😂 Most importantly, I’m deeply bonded with my best friend Denali. She helps me feel grounded, and I help bring out her playful side. We balance each other perfectly, and I would absolutely love to be adopted with her 🩵🐾 My ideal home would be loving, patient, and ready for two sweet girls who just want companionship, cozy naps, and a safe place to belong. We’d thrive in a calm home with gentle routines, lots of affection, and maybe a yard to explore together. 🩵 A word from my foster: “Acadia is such a fun and loving girl. She’s playful, affectionate, and always wants to be close to her people. Watching her and Denali together is the sweetest thing—they truly comfort each other and make such a special pair. Anyone lucky enough to adopt them will have two incredibly loving best friends.” Acadia is Heartworm Positive! Acadia is bonded with Denali; if they cannot be adopted together, a doggy sibling is required. Adoption FEE: $350, which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter.
