Story
Goose was born in February 2022 in Montgomery, AL. He was an accidental breeding from an Australian Shepherd breeder after the male dog got out of his crate and into the female’s crate. Goose is a sweet, silly, loving dog who is very loyal and protective of his family and home. He barks at deliveries and new people but will warm up to them with time. He is also great with our new baby. We are looking for a home with someone experienced with Australian Shepherds, as they need a lot of exercise, mental stimulation, and attention. Due to a new baby and increasing job demands, we can no longer provide him with what he needs, and he has started becoming destructive out of boredom. We love Goose dearly and want him to have the life he deserves. A $300 rehoming fee applies to ensure serious inquiries only. Characteristics: sweet, silly, loyal, intelligent, protective, affectionate, and energetic.

Story
Oakley is a great dog. He is super sweet and loves to cuddle. He loves to meet new people and new animals. He is not a fighter and well acknowledge when to walk away from a bad situation. He’s extremely intelligent and knows cool tricks such as roll over, go around, wait, place, down, come, move. He is mild tempered. Oakley loves to swim and loves food. He does gets nauseous in car rides so calming pills gummies or treats help. Oakley knows how to pay fetch. Oakley is house trained and can hold his needs up to eight hours. I never recommend making a Dog wait that long though. He is used to eating twice a day once in the morning and once when we come home from work. Oakley is used to being around kids. He grew up with my child. Oakley would love to be in a houseware. There is a fence for him to go outside and play and is given a lot of cuddles and hands-on time.

Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi, I’m Acadia 🩵🐾 I’m a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd/ Staffordshire mix with the perfect mix of playful energy and cuddly sweetness. I love exploring the yard, sniffing all the new smells, and then curling right up next to my people for snuggles afterward 🩵 I’m a curious, affectionate girl who enjoys being part of whatever’s going on. I’m a little more outgoing than my best friend Denali, but I’m still very gentle and loving. I’m friendly with people, calm around other dogs, and always happy to greet you with a wag and a little nuzzle 🐶 I already know “sit” and I’m learning new commands quickly—especially if treats are involved! I’m also working on my leash manners and gaining confidence every day. I’m crate trained, doing great with routines, and making awesome progress with potty training. I can sometimes be a little nervous in new situations, but I warm up quickly and love having reassurance from the people I trust. I’m mostly quiet, though I may give a bark or two when I hear something exciting or unfamiliar—just enough to keep life interesting 😂 Most importantly, I’m deeply bonded with my best friend Denali. She helps me feel grounded, and I help bring out her playful side. We balance each other perfectly, and I would absolutely love to be adopted with her 🩵🐾 My ideal home would be loving, patient, and ready for two sweet girls who just want companionship, cozy naps, and a safe place to belong. We’d thrive in a calm home with gentle routines, lots of affection, and maybe a yard to explore together. 🩵 A word from my foster: “Acadia is such a fun and loving girl. She’s playful, affectionate, and always wants to be close to her people. Watching her and Denali together is the sweetest thing—they truly comfort each other and make such a special pair. Anyone lucky enough to adopt them will have two incredibly loving best friends.” Acadia is Heartworm Positive! Acadia is bonded with Denali; if they cannot be adopted together, a doggy sibling is required. Adoption FEE: $350, which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption. TO ADOPT, APPLY ONLINE: www.mercyfullprojects.org PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to supply all known information about each animal in their profile. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home. Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need. **Our companions MUST live in your home as part of your family. **We do not transport. **Review our website for more information. MEET AUTUMN! 🐾 • Age: 7 months DOB:11/30/25 • Size: 18 lbs MY TRAINED SKILLS: I am a proud graduate of a 6-week training course! I already know: Sit | Stay | Wait | Drop It | Place | Come | Go get it House-training Status: Autumn is doing fantastic with her routine! She is 100% crate-trained and handles her overnight/crate time beautifully without any accidents. She knows to go outside, though as a 7-month-old puppy, she can still have an occasional accident indoors if her humans miss her "I need to go" signals. She thrives on a consistent schedule!. She is highly food-motivated, eager to please, and absolute magic to train! Personality: Sweet, incredibly smart, loving, and full of life! Autumn has strong herding instincts and a lot of athletic energy. Because she tends to try and "herd" or nip when excited, she needs a home without small children. She would thrive best with an experienced owner, familiar with working or herding breeds, or an active family who can give her a job.

Bublé – The Loyal Heartthrob with a VIP Guest List Looking for a dog who's handsome, loyal, smart and house-trained? Say hello to Bublé – the total package with a dash of mystery. This two-year-old shepherd mix is the perfect size—not too big, not too small. He’s athletic enough to be your running buddy, but equally happy to chill on the couch for a Netflix binge. He’s perfectly behaved in the house, walks like a dream on leash, and gets along fabulously with both dogs and cats. So what’s the catch? Bublé’s not big on strangers. He’s a “small circle, big loyalty” kinda guy. If you have people over often, he’s happiest tucked away in another room—no guilt necessary. He just prefers slow, respectful introductions and isn’t looking to host parties anytime soon. If you’re someone who values loyalty, quiet companionship, and a dog who gives 110% to his people, Bublé might be your soulmate. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now and let Bublé charm his way into your heart. Apply to adopt at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LUVR/dog All of our adoptable rescues have a clean bill of health (unless otherwise stated), are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age-appropriately), tested (FeLV/FIV for cats over 8 months of age, HW for dogs over 6 months of age), current on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need.
