Hi, I’m Acadia 🩵🐾
I’m a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd/ Staffordshire mix with the perfect mix of playful energy and cuddly sweetness. I love exploring the yard, sniffing all the new smells, and then curling right up next to my people for snuggles afterward 🩵
I’m a curious, affectionate girl who enjoys being part of whatever’s going on. I’m a little more outgoing than my best friend Denali, but I’m still very gentle and loving. I’m friendly with people, calm around other dogs, and always happy to greet you with a wag and a little nuzzle 🐶
I already know “sit” and I’m learning new commands quickly—especially if treats are involved! I’m also working on my leash manners and gaining confidence every day. I’m crate trained, doing great with routines, and making awesome progress with potty training.
I can sometimes be a little nervous in new situations, but I warm up quickly and love having reassurance from the people I trust. I’m mostly quiet, though I may give a bark or two when I hear something exciting or unfamiliar—just enough to keep life interesting 😂
Most importantly, I’m deeply bonded with my best friend Denali. She helps me feel grounded, and I help bring out her playful side. We balance each other perfectly, and I would absolutely love to be adopted with her 🩵🐾
My ideal home would be loving, patient, and ready for two sweet girls who just want companionship, cozy naps, and a safe place to belong. We’d thrive in a calm home with gentle routines, lots of affection, and maybe a yard to explore together.

Acadia is bonded with Denali; if they cannot be adopted together, a doggy sibling is required.
Adoption FEE: $350, which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.
A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.
Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
