Bingo4 yrs oldI am a transfer in from another shelterI am unsure of new people and will need plenty of time to get to know and trust you. Because of this, I would do best in a home with NO KIDS, I would do best with ADULTS ONLY.I love to play with other dogs and am a friend to all- k9 friends. I would love if my new home had another playful dog to help me come out of my shell. I now know how to walk on a leash and be comfortable.I would do well with a cat. I respect them.Because of my breed, I'm very loyal to my person but will likely bond very hard with 1 person and be unsure/uncomfortable with new people.

Story
Ava is a beautiful female Aussie mix, born on December 21, 2022. She has been crate trained, which means she has learned to feel comfortable and secure in her crate and loves just hanging out in there 🙂. This is a valuable skill that can be useful for various situations, such as travel or providing her with a safe space in the house.Ava has been vaccinated to protect her from various diseases. She has also been spayed and microchipped.Ava is known for her loving nature and positive attitude. She is a delightful companion who enjoys spending time with her human family. However, it's important to note that she can display food aggression/possession at times ONLY with other dogs. Correcting her or feeding her separately works perfectly. She also can get bossy with other dogs but is also quick to get along once calmed and given a little time. She has been around some kids, but not under 10. Foster mom says she really likes her swimming pool on hot days and snap a few ""wet dog"" photos 😄. Isn't she a beauty!! Would like someone to adopt her that is patient and understands she will need correction when being ""naughty"". Shes still a baby and learning.Application csn be filled out on line...https://www.pawsofadamscounty.com/adoption-foster-appwww.pawsofadamscounty.com

She may be a  cattle dog/chihuahua mix. She gets along with dogs, cats, people, and loves to play and cuddle.🌸🐝Bee is crate trained and working on potty training. She would make a great companion!🌸🐝Bee has been microchipped, vaccinated, on heart worm prevention, and is scheduled to be spayed in Oct. She is available now to Foster to Adopt. ☕️🧋Meet the Latte Sisters 🧋☕️Mocha and Chai are 20 week old puppies, and are thought to be Heeler/English Shepherd mixes. Mocha is brown and white, and weighs about 21 pounds. Chai is black and white and weighs about 18 pounds. They are both brave, high energy dogs, and love to play! The girls get along with dogs, cats, and people, but maybe a bit much for older pets. They will be adopted separately!☕️ Mocha and Chai are working on crate training and potty training. They will need lots of exercise, so a fenced yard may be needed for freedom to run and play. Either one will make a great companion for an active family!☕️The Mocha and Chai have been microchipped, had their first vaccination, on heartworm prevention, wormed, treated for fleas, and scheduled to be spayed in Oct. They are available now to Foster to Adopt. Their adoptions will be finalized when their vetting is completed. Who can resist those ears?!☕️If you are interested in adopting Mocha or Chai, please visit our website at www.pawsofadamscounty.com and submit an adoption application. Story
Meet Marley!Marley is a 2 year old Australian cattle dog mix (possibly with a shiba inu based on his Curley tail) Isn’t he the cutest guy ever? His curley tail is the most adorable thing!! Two of his all time favorite things in the world are his family and toys. If you’re looking for a loyal companion, Marley is your guy. He makes a great sidekick when it comes to doing activities together whether it being going on a long adventure or just chilling on the couch. Looking for a alarm system? Marley is your guy! He is protective of his surroundings and wants to makes sure his family is always safe. Sadly he wasn’t socialized much in his previous home. We are working on socialization and his behavior when guests visit the house. Training with a professional trainer is helping immensely. He loves to play with his foster siblings and in his previous foster home, he did well with cats. Marley is neutered and up to date on all his vettings including heartworm prevention. If you’re interested in giving this spunky little guy a forever home that he so much deserves, apply at https://www.pawsofadamscounty.com/adoption-foster-appwww.pawsofadamscounty.com

Story
We obtained Daisy from a breeder far in the countryside. She is a 3-month-old Australian Shepherd full of energy and love. In her new home, she will require an active family willing to love and care for her. She is very active, loving, caring, and incredibly smart. Currently, she knows her basic commands: sit, down, stay, come, roll over, touch, and paw. She is potty-trained and crate-trained (mostly). Daisy loves playing fetch, tug of war, chasing water bottles and playing frisbee (learning, she only chases and cannot catch it in her mouth yet) She is up-to-date on her vaccinations. I love Daisy, but I am unable to keep her due to various personal reasons. I want her to find a nice happy home that can care for her instead. She deserves a loving home and family.

Story
We rescued Sonny from a co-worker. She had a really rough upcoming untill 6 months living with a single mom and 3 kids. She had a lot of anxiety when we first got her and still has a little bit. She’s a very good dog now as she’s 1 1/2 years old. She jus does not do very well in public because she wants to prove her dominance to every other dog. She might sound like she’s being aggressive but she’s a big talker when she plays. She jus needs to be a single dog at home and it’s not fair that we can take our other dog everywhere with us and can’t take her. I love her to death and she’s too good to go to a pound that’s why I’m asking for a home for her. Thank you.
