This handsome boy was sadly dumped with his siblings, but they found their way to a kind neighbor’s house looking for help — and now Toby is hoping his luck continues with a loving family.Toby is a very sweet and gentle soul who can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, he’s all love. He enjoys playing with his toys and romping around with his sister, showing off his playful and affectionate side.Toby would do best in a home with another confident dog who can help him continue to come out of his shell and show him just how good life can be.
