Story
Hi, I'm Lanner. I am smart and loving! My favorite things are Jolly balls for outside, balls, squeakers, runs, training, and trips! I have lots of energy to play play play but can settle in for snuggles too. I am kennel and potty trained and have a strong desire to please my humans. I get along with other dogs well once we've figured each other out. Cats and kids are a little harder for me. I am a higher drive boy and their quick movements catch my attention. I am redirectable and respond great to clear boundaries and lots of loves! A dream of mine is to have a job to do or fun training classes like agility or nose work! I am ready to be a part of someone's future, forever! Lanner's adoption fee is $400 plus MN tax which covers his neuter, vaccinations, microchip and any additional medical care he may have needed while in the rescue's care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website. www.northernlakesrescue.org

Story
Blackjack is a chill guy. He is gentle, respectful of other dogs, cats and kids. Blackjack would love a home with a yard and another dog sibling. His littermate had a DNA test done and they're a mix of Shepard, Heeler, and Border Collie. He's a lower energy dog, he plays in the yard and bit and then finds something to chew on inside to relax. He is a smaller size at only 40lbs. Blackjack is fixed, and fully vetted to age. His adoption fee is 400$ plus MN tax.

Story
Rory is the best girl! She stays close to her humans and is loving the life of a retired momma. Her puppies are grown and leaving the house. Now she gets to be her own dog and live her life to the fullest. She does great with other dogs and kids. She is smart as a whip and polite to boot. Rory would like a home that can continue to show her what living the house pet life is all about. She is potty trained and can be left out in the house as she does not destroy anything(except her meals). Are you the home for momma Rory to start her new life in? Rory's adoption fee is $400 plus MN tax which covers her spay, vaccinations, microchip and any additional medical care she may have needed while in the rescue's care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are. Meet Maverick! He's a 2-year-old, 15.7-pound Australian Cattle Dog mix with the energy to chase circles around you! Maverick is a sweet boy who came to us from Texas! He's heartworm+ but is getting treatment here at The Babinski Foundation. Maverick is a little shy at first but opens up quickly and would love to give your shins a hug. He's neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccines. You can visit Maverick at the shelter Tuesdays through Sundays from 8:30 to 5:00 PM!
