Story
Meet Bluey! Doesn’t he look like the perfect companion to tell all of your secrets to? He has that half-knowing smile that says “I know something but I’m not gonna tell you what it is.” He is an absolute sweetheart that could use some confidence-building. Loud noises cause him to be a bit skittish. His favorite past time is playing fetch with tennis balls outside. He is crate and play-pen trained. Bluey’s potty training is also coming along well. Bluey has been neutered, given age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, is heartworm negative, and on prevention. If this sounds like the pup for you, please complete an application at https://www.saveastray.org/forms/form?formid=3635 Once the application is approved, a FaceTime will be set up for a virtual meet and greet. Since we are located in Mobile, AL, this will give you the opportunity to see the pet interact with other dogs, people, and see a bit of their personality. Transports leave every week alternating between the NE and the Great Lakes. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. Thank you for your interest in a Save a Stray pet.

Story
Meet Bear! Bear is very timid at first but once he sniffs around he begs for belly rubs. He also enjoys spending time looking out the windows when he’s not on a walk. Bear prefers playing with a doggy friend rather than toys. When he’s not running around playing he’ll always be near you, he’s like having a shadow! His favorite trick is giving you his paw when he asks! Although sometimes he’s too lazy. He tends to sleep better when on the bed with someone as he has nightmares if he’s on the floor. He’s not loud but does have quiet whines. When on a walk he isn’t bother by others dogs barking at him and he even saw a wild bunny and kept walking. Cars or people outside don’t cause him to start barking, instead he just watches. He’s super friendly once he’s comfortable!
