Story
This animal is being fostered in the South but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rosie was found pregnant, and wandering on someone’s property in Sweetwater, TN. She was surrendered to us when her pups were only a couple weeks old! She is absolutely the sweetest thing ever and a great mama! She has done wonderful with the 3 year old human on the property and we have plans to dog and cat test her once she weans her puppies and is fully vaccinated. She is also in need of some leash work (she is mostly just confused about it) but she is a smart girl and she should be quick to pick this up with some additional training. She is scheduled for her spay surgery and will not be able to be officially adopted until after she has recovered! She weighs approximately 42 lbs and is around 2-3 years old. She has got the best temperament! ? Everyone who meets this sweet angel falls in love with her, so get your applications in now so she can go home with you when she’s ready! Story
This boy was brought back because he was too much of a puppy who chewed because he was left alone and bored. So he is on the hunt for a family who will understand his needs and keep him busy!! He has a lot of energy and playing is his thing. He likes to play with other dogs, chew on toys and run run run. He does fine with kids, will have to learn about cats. He will need some work on housetraining and leashes. He is a bit stubborn when learning manners so will need a family who can work with that. A routine that occupies his time would also be a plus as that works with his breed mix. He is a sweet boy that has a wonderfully fun personality who just wants to live to the fullest. He needs a life full of adventures and activities and we know that family is out there for him. Dax is being fostered in TN but no worries because we use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. They transport every weekend alternating between the Northeast and the Midwest.

We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Nova's momma was discovered pregnant along with 2 other pregnant dog moms on a community member’s property. We were able to help out one family at our and ended up with Rosie and her 5 babies! The babies will continue working on weaning from mom and must be spayed/ neutered before they can go home with their new families! Mom looks to be a Aussie/Border Collie mix and we aren’t sure what dad might be. They will be available after they recover from their spay/neuter surgery but we are accepting applications for them now! Please note this dog is a PUPPY and will require more patience and training than an adult dog. She is one of a litter of 5 who are all up for adoption! *Can be cat tested Check out our website at woofwooffosters.org

Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $325 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Introducing Cason, a 3 1/2 month old, 27 lb Australian Shepherd mix who’s as sweet as he is playful! This little guy is the perfect mix of energy and cuddles—he’ll happily splash around in a water bowl one minute and then climb into your lap for a snuggle the next. Cason is a happy pup with a true love for water, so if you’re someone who enjoys beach days, poolside lounging, or even just a fun backyard sprinkler, he’ll be your perfect companion. He’s still a clean slate when it comes to training, making him a fantastic candidate for someone ready to mold him into the best dog he can be. While Cason is just starting to learn the ropes of leash walking and car rides, his affectionate nature and playful spirit make him a joy to have around. He’s great with other dogs and kids, so he’ll fit right into an active household looking for a fun-loving puppy to train and grow with. If you’re ready to add a splash of fun to your life, Cason is eager to jump in with all four paws!  Interested in adopting? Story
This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $300 if picked up in TN, $375 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Mia is a super sweet and friendly 3-year-old Australian Shepherd/Standard Poodle mix with a heart as big as her 50-pound frame. She’s the perfect blend of playful and chill—she loves to run around outside, but once indoors, she’s all about snuggling on the couch (she'll crawl right into your lap if you let her!). Mia has great recall, knows how to sit, and is fully housetrained. She’s a big fan of her elk antler, and it’s adorable watching her pounce on it when you tell her to fetch it! While she loves being close to her people and getting attention, Mia is also quiet and content in her crate when needed. With her friendly, affectionate nature, Mia gets along great when meeting new people. Once properly introduced, Mia gets along with other submissive dogs, however, she would love just to be the queen of her castle. She walks well on a harness, rides calmly in the car, and would love a home with a fenced yard where she can stretch her legs. A home with poodle and grooming experience would be great as Mia will need consistent grooming to keep mats at bay. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, and loving companion who also happens to have fantastic snuggle skills, Mia’s your girl!  Interested in adopting? Story
We are needing to rehome our 6 year old Kona. She’s an Australian Shepherd. she is a great dog. She has always had a few Aussie trait issues like aggression and hard headedness🤪 but overall is a great companion. She is completely intolerant of our cat however and has started to attack frequently. She has never even growled at our 3 yr old son but we can’t risk it. She has tons of room to run here, gets played with all day, and still lashes out. I feel like she needs more. She would be great for someone without cats and I’m not sure about other dogs. When it’s just her and me together, she’s the best you could ever imagine. She’s up to date on shots, rabies vaccine, flea/tick/heartworm meds and has a good diet. She very healthy overall and is groomed regularly.

Story
Meet the lovely Margo, whose journey began when her mother fell victim to a car accident. Her rescuer provided tender care, bottle-feeding her until she reached independence in eating. However, during this period, Margo encountered Distemper and faced neglect in a hoarding situation with her previous foster family, before finding her way to our rescue. Despite a challenging start, Ms. Margo has exhibited remarkable resilience as a fighter. Building trust with new people may take time, understandable given her past, but once she does, she transforms into a playful, affectionate, and amusing best friend. Margo is characterized by her playful nature, intelligence, responsiveness to food/treats, and friendliness towards dogs. Fully house and crate-trained, she is ready for a family to call her own. Don't miss the chance to make Margo a part of your family! Please fill out an adoption application today through our online form: https://serendipityanimalrescue.org/pet-adoption-application/

Story
Millie is an 8 year old Aussie looking for a home without small children. She is currently boarding with a trainer. The Good: Millie has good obedience skills and is a pro at fun tricks. She has an incredible food and toy drive and would be a lot of fun in agility, nose work, etc. She is very sweet and affectionate once she forms a bond with you, which only takes a few minutes if you bring food or toys. She loves water and her perfect home would take her swimming-pools, rivers, lakes, beach-she loves them all! Millie is in great health, has been part of her current family since she was a puppy, and is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations. The Bad: No young children, please! Possibly older dog savvy kids would be ok. Millie had a bite history with a handler which will be fully discussed with a potential adopter (once in 8 years). Millie may exhibit stranger danger, but she's perfectly fine with appropriate introductions. She simply doesn’t appreciate being pressured by strangers but if they have food, she’ll make an exception. This is generally only an issue inside her home, but once introduced properly she’s fine. From her owners: "We've made the tough decision to find a new loving home for Millie after over 8 years of companionship. Our growing family, with a 1-year-old and another on the way, isn't compatible with Millie's needs. Both our vet and professional trainers support this decision. Our top priority is to secure the best possible environment for Millie.” **This is a courtesy posting only.  If interested in Millie, please email  foxhollowkennel@gmail.com.   ##1847581##

Story
How can you look Selena in those puppy eyes and not fall in love? She has been looking for love in all the wrong places. Somebody dropped her off at a house and the homeowner said if we would not take her, he would just take and dump her off at someone else's place. This is way too good a dog for that nonsense! Selena is such a perfect little lady. She is very sweet and loving. She adores running and playing but she is all for the attention from her human friends. She gets along well with other dogs and loves kids. She would make a wonderful addition to anyone's family. Selena has been fully vetted, spayed and microchipped. She is ready to go to her forever home. Won't you please click on the big black "Ask about ME" button and find out more about her? Story
This pup is being fostered in Athens TN. Transport to the Great Lakes area and the North East available to your area and if you’re seeing this on adopt a pet the fees for transport are included in the adoption fee! We use Rescue Riders for all our pet transport needs because they are the best! Do you Love Lucy? We love Lucy! This sweet pup found herself on the urgent list at our local city shelter. We are dumbfounded that she was there at our local city shelter for so long and no one came to claim her and no one wanted to adopt her. She is quite an awesome dog! She is smart and loving. She likes to give hugs and kisses. She loves to play with other dogs she would do great in a home with another dog that also loves to play. An active home would be great for her as well. She will need to have physical and mental stimulation in order to love a happy balanced life. She walks ok on leash. Some pulling but not too bad just needs a little twerking on the leash manners. She knows sit and her recall is pretty good. She is crate trained and house trained. Would do best with older children due to her size she would probably knock toddlers down by mistake when playing or loving on them. Please Apply at petpath.org
