Story
Hi, I am Cooper, an Australian Cattle Dog mix! Though I may be a little shy at first, I am friendly with people, but am wary of other dogs. I have very good manners, am crate trained, housetrained, and I do great on a leash. I'm a little bit of an anxious guy, so I would do best in a calm household. Would you be a good fit for my forever home? Come visit me at Angels of Assisi, and I will show you just how sweet I can be!

Story
Nimbus is a mixed‑breed boy who most closely resembles a Bohemian Spotted Dog, and his personality is every bit as lovely as his looks. He’s gentle, kind, goofy, and incredibly affectionate — the type of dog who loves to hold hands, give kisses, and curl up right beside you. He’s wonderfully social with other dogs and often acts as a calming buffer for pups who can be a bit selective. Smart and eager to learn, Nimbus thrives on training and is especially motivated by play; his favorite toy is a stuffed duck that quacks like the real thing. He’s expressive, full of personality, and truly wants to be someone’s best friend. Because he’s easily startled by quick movements and feels nervous around small children, he would be happiest in a calm home without them. With the right family, Nimbus will be the most loyal, loving, and joyful companion — the perfect boy waiting for his perfect match.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Hixley arrived at the shelter alongside her identical twin sister after their owner could no longer care for them due to health issues. While she may be a little more reserved at first than her sister, Hixley is incredibly affectionate once she feels safe and comfortable. She has a gentle, sweet nature and loves soaking up attention from people she trusts. Hixley is looking for a patient, loving home that will give her the time and reassurance she needs to fully blossom into the happy girl we know she is.
