Story
Anastasia (Asia) and her buddy Drizella (Ella) were rescued from an abandoned trailer after their human died. They were really stressed out, confused and living in filth. Thankfully someone reached out to our friends at Hope For Paws so they could be rescued, vetted and have a second chance at a better life. She’s good on leash. Good with other dogs but a little apprehensive when meeting some large male dogs at first. They were not fixed and running loose in a trailer park and appear to have had a litter or two so I think they are just weary of male dogs from past experiences. They both get over it fast. Good in the car and very loving. Even though they were rescued together, we are not convinced they need to stay together. They argue like typical sisters but they do love each other.

Story
What a cutie baby Buster is! He was found alone and scared in the streets at 2 months old. He's about 5 months old now and has already developed a big personality! He LOOOOVES to play with other dogs and toys. He's great inside the home and super affectionate. Buster is looking for an adult household with yard access. He would love to find a home with another dog as a companion that is young and playful. He has a friend named Cookie at our rescue so if you are looking for two dogs, these two are great together! Story
Please note that we are ONLY accepting applications from homes with at least one calm dog for Luke. To be successful, I must have the following: •A caring, calm owner • A back yard would be ideal • Another dog for Luke to play with • A crate to sleep in• A doggie door Hi, I’m Luke! I’m a shy, adorable boy, who will become your best friend once I get used to my new home. My favorite things are another dog to show me around the place, quiet walks with my pack, resting on a nice comfy dog bed, and playing with my friends.I’ve been in training recently and have learned so much! I walk nicely on a leash, can walk on a treadmill, speak doggie door, have excellent house manners, don’t help myself to furniture, take treats gently, ride nicely in a car, and I like to chase balls but don’t bring them back. I am told I’m an excellent companion, I’m not sure what that means, but I do love my trainer. I’m sure I will love you too; I just may need a little time to adjust to my new surroundings.I like to sleep in a crate at night, and hope you will follow some of my trainer’s suggestions. I am not the best with change, so a calm dog in the household, who can show me the ropes, is a must. I will thrive in an adult-only household with consistency, regular exercise, and no cats. I don’t like strangers and would prefer not to be in places with many people. I’m shy, remember? I should also share that I’m on meds for anxiety; no shame here, that are helping me to feel so much better! https://www.muchlove.org/animals/luke

Story
Wally is a two-year-old dog who has had the luxury of getting trained by one of the best trainers in Los Angeles- the K9 committee. Wally was with a family that didn't set him up for success, and he developed some fearful traits and anxiety. He's doing so much better and ready for his forever family. Wally likes bonding with one or two people and prefers a calm home. He gets along well with other dogs. Story
Woof woof, hi there! I'm Chuck, the one and only. I might come across as a bit reserved and cautious, but let me tell you, there's a heart of gold beneath this fur. My journey hasn't been the smoothest ride - I've seen the world from the streets, where every rustle in the bushes and every passing shadow was a potential adventure or danger. That's probably why I've developed this keen sense of alertness and rational thinking. Survival mode, they call it.You know, I used to roam the great outdoors all by myself, finding shelter wherever I could, learning the rhythms of the streets, and observing the humans from a distance. I have to admit, they puzzled me a bit. But now, I've found myself in this wonderful place called SPARC, and boy, has my perspective changed. It's true, I might take a little time to warm up to new faces. Meeting strangers used to be a dicey situation for me, but I'm trying to make progress! With a proper introduction and patience, I've shown that I can overcome my initial hesitation and embrace the chance to make new friends. I've even started to wag my tail more often - it's a sign that I'm opening up, you know. You see, all I really need is a bit of love, a dash of attention, and a good dose of mental and physical activities to keep my paws moving and my mind sharp. A home that understands my past and is willing to offer a fresh start is all I dream of. I might be cautious at first, but once you earn my trust, I'll be unconditionally loyal. I believe in second chances, and I'm ready to give my heart to the right human. So, if you're looking for a buddy who's more than meets the eye, someone who's faced challenges head-on and is ready to embark on a new journey of companionship, then look no further. Let's make memories together and show the world what second chances can do.
