Sheina (DOB 5/18/24) is such a stunning girl! We are guessing shes a Kelpie/German Shepherd mix and she is so smart! Sheina is around 50lbs. She is dog friendly, cats unknown. Sheina is hoping to having a home with a privacy fence so she can run around enjoying the world. She also needs a home with kids over the age of 12. Sheina can be a little skittish, so she’d need a family who is patient and will give her time to show what an amazing companion she can be! Overall, Sheina is eager to learn and be the very very best girl. Sheina promises to be your best friend and who could resist those amazing perky ears. Story
Libby is sure a unique-looking young girl; how can anyone not love her huge ears!! She is thought to be an Australian Kelpie Mix (possibly with Bull Terrier). She weighs about 30 lbs. Her estimated date of birth is June 5th 2023. Libby is a typical puppy, very energetic and playful. She likes to jump and can sometimes forget herself and be a little too rough with other dogs. But….…she is young and needs to learn boundaries and manners in order to evolve into a wonder family member with a forever family she so deserves.. This sweet pup likes playing with other dogs; she’s great with dogs and would enjoy the companionship of another dog in the home. Most likely, a young or middle-aged adult dog would prefer his company much more so than a senior dog. An ideal family for Libby is one able to assimilate the enthusiasm and playfulness of a puppy into their lifestyle and is willing to commit the time to working with and training Libby to be her best self! A secure fenced yard is required; another younger or middle-aged pup in the family could also be advantageous. Libby is crate-trained and is working hard to improve her house manners (housebreaking). She is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Her spay is included in her adoption fee. For information about adding this adorable girl to your family please contact BAARKDogRescue@gmail.com or 847-852-0895.

Story
Hi, I'm Bucky! Thanks for checking me out! I know my cute face is hard to resist, but here's the scoop: I'll need a lot of your time and attention as I grow up into the amazing adult dog I'm destined to be! I'm looking for a forever family that will help me with socialization, training (yes, that includes house training!), and plenty of exercise. And let's not forget the chewing and teething-I'm still learning what's okay (and what's definitely not okay) to put in my mouth. So, be ready for some puppy-proofing! Don't forget those vet visits! I'll need to stay up to date on my boosters and vaccines, which means a few trips to see my favorite vet in the first few months. But trust me, all that effort will be worth it when you experience the endless love, puppy kisses, and pure joy I'll bring into your life. So, if you're up for the challenge and the fun, why not come meet me in person? Stop by during our adoption hours. For more details, email info@ahconnects.org or give us a call at 847-697-2880 x: 0. The friendly folks here will be happy to answer all your questions! Can't wait to meet you and start our adventure together! All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.

Meet Bandit! Bandit is a handsome 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with big, expressive ears and a beautifully colorful coat that turns heads wherever he goes. He’s friendly and social, getting along well with both dogs and cats, and he’s already house trained—such a bonus! This energetic boy is looking for an active home where he can burn off his youthful enthusiasm. One of his favorite things in the world is playing fetch, and he’d thrive with people who enjoy spending time outdoors or engaging in fun, interactive play. Because of his energy level, Bdnait would do best in a home with older children who can keep up with him and respect his excitement. If you’re searching for a smart, playful, and loving companion to join you on life’s adventures, Bandit might be the perfect fit! 🐾💙 Stop in and meet my handsome self in person during our adoption hours. WE DO NOT DO OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS Thank you for considering the adoption of one of our rescue dogs. We are committed to finding our rescues the perfect home. Together we can make a difference in the life of a dog. The adoption process should be a fun and exciting time for families and dogs. Our goal is to place our babies in forever homes. The potential adopter needs to be dedicated to their care and training for life. Understand that sharing your life with a dog can be a commitment of 15+ years. This would include feeding, exercise, training, vetting, and providing a loving home. Ask yourself, "Am I ready for this type of commitment?" If you are ready, we are here to help. We do have some requirements to help us find the perfect placement of our babies. WE ARE A FOSTER BASED RESCUE ONLY. WE DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL BUILDING 1. Apply online at https://www.foreverhomedogrescueil.org We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family (including other dogs) to approve an adoption. This will allow others the opportunity to adopt the dog. 2. Adopters MUST be 25 years old. Information on all adults/members living in the home is required We REQUIRE you to provide proof and vet reference that all current and past pets have been kept up to date on all routine medical. 3.
