Looking for a best friend who is equal parts playful, loving, and gorgeous? Meet Pickles! This sweet girl is approximately 10 months old and is ready to find the forever family she's been waiting for. We believe Pickles is a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd mix, although she could also have a little Husky in her family tree. Since she came to us from a small rural Missouri shelter, we can't be certain of her breed or exactly how big she'll be when she's fully grown. Our best guess is that she'll mature into a medium to medium-large sized dog—a wonderful size for just about any family! Whatever her breed mix may be, one thing is certain—she is absolutely stunning! Her beautiful mismatched eyes, one warm brown and one brilliant blue, are sure to steal your heart. But Pickles is so much more than a pretty face. She has a wonderfully sweet personality and genuinely loves people. Whether she's making new friends or soaking up attention from her favorite humans, her happy, affectionate nature shines through. She also loves playing with the other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion, though she'd be just as happy being the center of your world. Like any growing puppy, Pickles has plenty of playful energy and would love a securely fenced yard where she can safely run, play, and explore. She's still working on her house training and will need a family willing to continue teaching her with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. Puppies are NOT housebroken and should not be expected to wait more than 1 hour for each month of age to go out to potty. Please make sure that you have a “potty plan” in place if considering adoption. All of our puppies have been spay/neuter, wormed, microchipped, and given age appropriate vaccinations.
