Hello, I'm Marina. I came to VOCAL as an owner surrender when my owner had to go into Hospice care. He did not want to surrender me but didn't have any other options. He had me since I was a puppy. I was born on sheep farm in TN. I am a very smart and beautiful gal who previously lived with other dogs and cats and did well with them. Sometimes I wanted to play with the cats a little too much but they would leave me alone. I also know commands like sit, paw, down, and I could definitely learn more! I do enjoy long walks and running. I'd be a great adventure partner or do well on a large farm. I was told I'm a "Mini Aussie" but I'm not very "mini", I am smaller than a standard size though. I do have some separation anxiety but I just need the right home to work on that with me! I am extremely loyal and absolutely love my humans.

MEET DIEGO! Diego! 4 year old Aussie X basset hound mix Diego is a good boy. Just an all-around happy guy that wants nothing more than to find his happily ever after. He is good with cats, dogs, kids, chickens, goats... Diego doesn't seem bothered by much of anything. He has been living on a local farm and exposed to all sorts of fun and sun. He stays on property and is a good watch dog. He wants to be a couch potato and can be found in the A/C whenever the opportunity allows. He is up to date on shots, microchipped, neutered, HW negative and healthy (he is a little on the plump side). Charlie is a great little guy who weighs about 25 pounds. He is a year old and has already had a rough life. We believe he was hit by a car and he has had FHO surgery. He is still learning to use his hind leg again, but is doing well. He is dog selective we believe because of his injury. He is crate trained, neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped.
