Story
Bowie is a very sweet boy. Born 02-12-2020. Just over 60 lbs. He is hyper so definitely needs a lot of exercise but also loves cuddles. He overall is friendly but can get anxious and bark at people/animals he does not know. He warms up pretty quickly though! He has been this way since a puppy. We have a one year old and even though he has mostly been kind to her, he has growled and does not respect her boundaries when it comes to her food/toys. We already have a 9 year old Australian Shepherd (that cannot keep up with him) and we feel like Bowie will thrive better with an owner that can give him more freedom and attention. He is a full blood Blue Merle Australian Shepherd from Colorado. He is all up to date on shots, neutered and no known health issues. We are most focused on him being placed with a good family. We are willing to hang onto him for as long as possible till that happens too.

URGENT Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- West Miami, FL Meet Lucky! He is an 6 year old Miniature American Shepherd and weighs 30 lbs. He is neutered and up to date on shots, but isn’t on heartworm prevention. Lucky is fearful of strangers! He hasn’t been tested around children. He is good with cats and farm animals! He is dog selective and does best with female dogs or smaller dogs. He doesn’t get along with male dogs that aren’t neutered. The owner is surrendering him because he doesn’t get along with their other dog. He needs to go by 7/27! If you think you can provide a great home for Lucky, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Lucky. The owner is surrendering them because they moved to Florida in 2024 and the dogs haven’t adjusted to the humidity, which causes them to overheat.
