Story
Please visit our website for more information on the adoption process and to complete an adoption application. https://www.pawliferescuegroup.org/adoption-resources Sadie is the sweetest girl! A 60-pound,Australian Shepherd and Lab Mix. She came to the rescue overweight and has put in the work to get healthy again! Sadie is house broken, does well at home alone, and loves walks! She is good with kids of all ages and does well with other dogs with the right introductions. Puppies or high energy dogs might be a challenge as she likes her own space but with proper introductions she gets along with anyone. Cats are unknown. At 7 years old, she is calm and easy going but still has some young energy in her and would do best with someone who can commit to walking her daily. She is very vocal and will tell you exactly when she needs something. She loves people and is content to just be with you and would make a great companion for any type of household! Located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Story
WHERE ARE ALL MY AUSTRALIAN SHEPARD LOVERS??? Scout is a LOVER! He wants to keep his bonded person in sight at all times! He does not understand the concept of Personal Space! Definitely a Velcro dog AFTER you earn his trust. Scout needs someone who is breed specific experienced. He will require a few meet and greets before you take him home. He needs the best opportunity to succeed and that includes meeting him multiple times so he can get to know you and you can earn his trust. He is crate trained. He will go into the crate quickly at meal times now! In the mornings, he is very excited to see me and Jumps around in the crate and barks. He does settle down quickly He needs to be taught it ALL…manners, how to play with toys, which is obvious he never has.😢 The good news is he likes treats, so there is food motivation! He is stand offish to strangers in the house and growls. He is wonderful with my two dogs! He has shown no aggression to them. Loves them. Plays with them! My cat he is curious about, he sits next to her and watches her. When she jumps down, he follows her, no chasing. HE IS SMART. With patience, positive reinforcement and consistency Scout is going to be an AMAZING pet! I believe he would do great with someone who works from home or is home more often than not. Whoever is the lucky person to adopt him, will have a best friend! You will just need to be patient while he learns to trust you❤️ He is a digger…

Story
Barnaby is a sweet, smart boy easygoing personality and a playful side! He loves to cuddle and enjoys spending time with his people. Barnaby is especially happy playing fetch indoors, which makes him fun and easy to entertain. He would do best in a home with older children, as young kids can make him a little nervous. If you're looking for a loving, clever companion with a gentle heart, Barnaby may be the perfect fit! Interested in meeting Barnaby? Please fill out an application to set up a play date.
