Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING!   HI FRIENDS!! It’s me —Jasper! I might just be the cuddliest Aussie mix you’ll ever meet. I’m a big love bug who thinks humans were put on this earth for one reason… to give me snuggles! I’ll follow you from room to room, curl up beside you on the couch (dog beds? no thanks), and keep you company all day long. I just love being close to my person. Now, I’m not gonna lie — I’m still a work in progress. The world can feel a little scary sometimes, and I’m learning to be brave! Things like strangers, bikes, and other dogs can make me nervous, so I need a patient, experienced human who will help me build confidence with positive reinforcement (no scary tools, please). I’m super smart and full of energy! I’d love a big fenced yard or property to zoom around on — apartment life just isn’t for me. I love playing fetch (still working on the “bring it back” part), tug-of-war, and sniffing out hidden toys. I’m also learning commands like “stay” and “leave it,” and I get better every day with yummy treats and praise. I’m crate trained, but I’d rather hang out with my people. I’m not destructive, and I promise to keep your couch warm while you’re gone! I also play rough sometimes (I just get so excited), so I’m learning self-control too. What I really need is someone who’ll understand me — someone patient, kind, and dedicated to helping me be the best boy I can be. If you’re looking for a loyal, snuggly companion who’ll love you with his whole heart, I might just be your guy. Ready to give me a chance? Apply to adopt me today Adoption FEE: $0 which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption. TO ADOPT, APPLY ONLINE:  www.mercyfullprojects.org PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to supply all known information about each animal in their profile. If you have additional questions, you may send an inquiry email to adopt@mercyfullprojects.org to be answered at our earliest convenience. All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home. Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need. **Our companions MUST live in your home as part of your family. **We do not transport. **Review our website for more information.  DOG ADOPTION PROCESS: https://mercyfullprojects.org/dog-adoption/ CAT ADOPTION PROCESS: https://mercyfullprojects.org/cat-adoption/

Story
Maverick was adopted with his brother in November. He is currently living in Jefferson, New York. He came to us as an owner surrender, and we were unfortunately terribly misled on their behaviors. Maverick is needing to find a new home where he is the only male dog. He was raised with children. He does currently live with cats and will not chase them if told to "leave it." He is a great dog with so much energy and a friendly demeanor, but living with his littermate is creating too much chaos as they resource guard and continually fight. He would be a great active companion. Current on vaccinations, neutered on 12/23/2025. www.playk9rescue.org.

Story
Alice is a smart, upbeat girl who keeps life fun and full of energy. There’s truly never a dull moment with her—when it’s go time, she’s all in! And when it’s time to rest, she’s more than happy to curl up for a good nap (especially if it’s on your lap once she knows you). Alice loves toys, treats, and anything that challenges her brain—treat puzzles are her jam! She’s incredibly intelligent, eager to learn, and very easy to train. She’s already crate trained and fully potty trained and understands the command “crate”. She’s also mastered basic commands like sit and lay down using positive, treat-based training. While Alice may need a little patience when first meeting new people as she’s timid, once she warms up she blossoms into a loving, affectionate companion. She will thrive with consistency, kindness, and time to build trust. True to her breed, Alice has lots of energy and needs daily physical and mental exercise. She’s a lightning-fast runner and an ideal match for an active home that enjoys walks, playtime, training, or outdoor adventures. If you’re looking for a loyal, intelligent, high-energy best friend who will keep you smiling and moving, Alice just might be your perfect match!

Story
Bublé – The Loyal Heartthrob with a VIP Guest List Looking for a dog who's handsome, loyal, smart and house-trained? Say hello to Bublé – the total package with a dash of mystery. This two-year-old shepherd mix is the perfect size—not too big, not too small. He’s athletic enough to be your running buddy, but equally happy to chill on the couch for a Netflix binge. He’s perfectly behaved in the house, walks like a dream on leash, and gets along fabulously with both dogs and cats. So what’s the catch? Bublé’s not big on strangers. He’s a “small circle, big loyalty” kinda guy. If you have people over often, he’s happiest tucked away in another room—no guilt necessary. He just prefers slow, respectful introductions and isn’t looking to host parties anytime soon. If you’re someone who values loyalty, quiet companionship, and a dog who gives 110% to his people, Bublé might be your soulmate. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now and let Bublé charm his way into your heart. Apply to adopt at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LUVR/dog All of our adoptable rescues have a clean bill of health (unless otherwise stated), are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age-appropriately), tested (FeLV/FIV for cats over 8 months of age, HW for dogs over 6 months of age), current on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need. Any questions, concerns and suggestions, please feel free to contact us at ALDR@animalluvrs.org.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.your new BESTIE!!  Bernie is a 6–7 week old Australian Shepherd mix (believed) and is ready for his forever home! This adorable puppy is full of curiosity and charm and is currently available as a pre-adopt through our rescue. Important details about Bernie’s adoption process: &#226&#156&#168 Bernie will need the remainder of required puppy shots &#226&#156&#168 he will also need to be neutered before adoption is finalized (per rescue guidelines) &#226&#156&#168 His $620 adoption fee includes: • All puppy vaccines • Rabies vaccine • Dewormer • Microchip • Neuter surgery (All of this will be completed over the next 3 months) When can he go home? Bernie can go to his permanent home in about two weeks! However, his adopter must be willing to bring him to one of our rescue veterinary clinics to complete the remainder of his vetting. Our clinic locations: • Riverview • St. Petersburg • Sarasota (Adopter may choose which location works best, but must be able to travel there multiple times.) Because rescue adoptions are not considered complete until all puppy medical care is finished, Bernie is considered “pre-adopt” until that process is done. If you’re ready to commit to this sweet fluff and help him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be, Bernie would love to meet you!    It all starts with an application here!   https://4luckydogspetrescue.rescuegroups.org/info/adoptionVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 18, 2026, 7:05 pm
