I adopted him about 5 years ago with the hope of having a calm, grounding companion. He is a very sensitive, intelligent, and affectionate dog who bonds deeply with his person. He thrives on routine, reassurance, and feeling emotionally connected to his caregiver. He does best with someone who has the time, emotional capacity, and environment to support a dog who can be anxious and very people-oriented. He is sweet, loyal, and loving when he feels secure, and he can be incredibly affectionate during calm moments. I am looking for a home where he can have stability, patience, and ideally someone experienced with anxious or herding-type dogs. A home with another playful dog, a predictable routine, and a confident, emotionally steady owner would help him feel safe and allow his best qualities to shine. This decision was not made lightly. I care deeply about his well-being and want him to have a home that truly fits his needs so he can feel relaxed, secure, and loved long-term.

Meet Belle! Belle is a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd with the heart of a puppy and the sweetest personality. She’s wonderful with other animals and full of playful, loving energy. She hasn’t been around many kids, but she’s gentle and I don’t see any issues. Belle loves being right by your side — she’s happiest when she has a person to follow and love. She truly is a bundle of love in dog form and will make someone very happy.
