Story
Nami is a very smart, excitable, and loving dog. She is crate trained and has never been destructive to anything but her toys and tends to just lazy around when inside the house. She will fetch all day long and loves cuddles. The best I can describe her is that she can read the room if it’s chill time if it’s playtime if something is hers or not ect. She would be a good fit for a family with no children or other (large) dogs as she is reactive. She seems more okay with small dogs. She is protective of her humans when out and about or on walks (growling and barking). Also may be some leash aggression as we’ve noticed she does better when less restricted. She resource guards with treats like bones or kongs. She does not like if you reach into her crate while she is in it. Her triggers are pretty easily avoided most of the time and we think with lots of exposure she would be great with anyone (dog, cat, roommates, ect.) but she has a long trust building period.

Oliver came to us in 2020 & his birthday is actually on Valentine’s Day! He’s house-trained and knows sit, shake, and lay down. His expressive little face always gives him away when he’s done something mischievous! He loves walks, running around the backyard, chest scratches, and following you around, even popping into your room! He enjoys looking out windows but sometimes politely declines going outside until he’s ready. He loves roughhousing with my sister’s shetland sheepdog named Oso and my brothers Rottweiler named Loki. Introductions to other dogs should be cautious, and he has no experience with cats. He isn’t neutered and is overdue for vaccinations. Oliver gets very anxious around kids. He recently bit my husband, and stitches were required, so we want to be completely honest about that. We’re seeking an adult-only home with someone experienced with anxious dogs. We love him and are happy to discuss his history openly to help find the right fit.

Story
Milo is about 5 years old and we have had him since he was 8 weeks old. My husband and I work full time, so unfortunately he is in his kennel all day, everyday. We also do not have a yard for him to run around in to get his energy out. He deserves a family that has time to properly train him, take him on walks, and love on him during the day. He is great with kids and very energetic.

Story
Broody is a sweet, loyal boy who needs a loving home where someone can be there more. He’s about 8/9 years old. He is a very chill dog, but does get scared by lightning and fireworks. He is good with other dogs once properly introduced to them. He takes a minute to warm up to strangers, but once he knows you he just wants to be close to you. I am not home much and it breaks my heart that he and his sister are left alone for the majority of the day. I can no longer properly care for him and want him to go to a loving home.

They have big appetites for food, love and cuddles. Raj is a true dog's dog rowdy, vocal, happy, and always ready for a good play session. He is smaller than his foster brother but that does not slow him down one bit. He happily jumps right into any action and is always looking for someone to play. Breed is a guess. We do not have information on the parents. Approximate Birthdate:   July 2026 Adoption Fee: $200 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.
